【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明の農作業機の
変速装置によれば、変速ギヤボックスには、トラクタの
PTO軸から動力を受ける駆動軸と従動軸とを前後方向
に並設し、これら両軸の後端側にチェンジギヤを挿入差
替え可能に設け、該両チェンジギヤの外周と干渉しない
位置にアイドル軸を設けると共に、駆動軸からアイドル
ギヤを介して従動軸に動力伝達し、またはチェンジギヤ
を差替えて両チェンジギヤを直接歯合させて駆動軸から
従動軸に動力伝達するようにしたので、各メーカのPT
O軸の回転数が異なるトラクタや、逆転可能のPTO軸
を有するトラクタ等に装着して、ロータリ作業部の正・
逆回転の切り替え及び回転数の切り替えが簡単に行うこ
とができる。また、変速ギヤボックスは、従来のものよ
りアイドルギヤ関係とチェンジギヤが増えるだけであ
り、コンパクトに構成でき、重量の増加もわずかであ
り、機体とのマッチングバランスが良く、製造コストも
安くできる。また、草刈り作業、耕耘作業に適した回転
数を容易に選択することができる。

け、該両チェンジギヤの外周と干渉しない位置にアイド
ル軸を設けると共に、駆動軸からアイドルギヤを介して
従動軸に動力伝達し、またはチェンジギヤを差替えて両
チェンジギヤを直接歯合させて駆動軸から従動軸に動力
伝達するようにしたことを特徴とする農作業機の変速装
置。
