PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective circuit module of a rechargeable battery which allows reductions in the size, weight, and manufacturing cost of a rechargeable battery pack. SOLUTION: In a protective circuit module for a rechargeable battery in which a first conductor plate electrically connected to the rechargeable battery and a terminal block 3 with a second conductor plate disposed thereon as a terminal for electrical connection to the first conductor plate are mounted on a circuit board 1, a conductor plate 4a comprising the first and second conductor plates integrated together is provided.
