【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】試料の抵抗率を測定する抵抗率計測手段を備えた抵抗率測定器において、
試料の温度を測定する温度計測手段と、
異なる抵抗率に基づいてそれぞれ定められた複数の温度係数のデータを記憶する温度係数記憶手段と、
前記試料に対する２つの温度データの差と、前記試料の抵抗率に応じて温度係数記憶手段から選出された温度係数とに基づいて温度補正係数を求める温度補正係数算出手段と、
前記抵抗率と、前記試料に対する２つの温度データと、前記温度補正係数とに基づいて、温度補正された抵抗率を演算する補正抵抗率演算手段とを備えたことを特徴とする抵抗率測定器。

【請求項２】 試料の温度を測定するステップと、前記試料の抵抗率を測定するステップと、前記試料に対する２つの温度データとの差と異なる抵抗率に基づいてそれぞれ定められた複数の温度係数のデータから前記試料の抵抗率に応じて選出した温度係数とに基づいて温度補正係数を求めるステップと、前記抵抗率と前記試料に対する２つの温度データと前記温度補正係数とに基づいて、温度補正された抵抗率を演算するステップとを備えたことを特徴とする抵抗率測定方法。
