ミキサアンプリファイア（以下ミキサアンプと略称する）４６は、VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator)５６から出力されるクロック信号とアンプ４５からの入力信号を、乗算器８１によって乗算させ、第２のIF信号に変換させた後、内蔵するアンプ８２に、その第２のIF信号を増幅させ、SAWF(Surface Acoustic Wave Filter)４７に出力させる。
