Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the simple and effective manufacture of a finishing building material at a low cost by erecting the finishing building material with a decorative face formed on the first surface inside a form and filling the interior of the form on the second surface of the material with concrete. SOLUTION: A finishing building material 1 with a decorative face formed on the first surface is erected inside a form 2 and the interior of the form 2 on the second surface of the finishing building material 1 is filled with concrete. The finishing building material 1 is a flat sheetlike plate such as a porcelain tile, stone or glass and is used as a finishing building material 1 which forms the surface of a cladding for a building structure and also as the finishing building material 1 for the surface of a cladding of a civil engineering structure such as the pedestrian way part of a road. On the decorative face side, an adhesive cover sheet is applied as a protecting coat and on the back face of the decorative face, a groove such as a dovetail groove, an uneven surface or the like is formed entirely so as to enhance the fitting strength to the formed concrete. The form 2 is composed of a bottom form parts 2a, opposed upright side form parts 2b, 2b complying with the width and height of the finishing building material 1 and an end form part 2c installed upright on both ends of the side form parts 2b, 2b, each of these parts being fixed using bolts, nuts B or the like. Thus it is possible to ensure the simple and effective manufacture of the finishing building material at a low cost.

2. Description of the Related Art In the case of producing a finishing building material by casting concrete on the back surface of the finishing material, conventionally, the finishing material is placed in a form with the decorative surface of the finishing material facing downward, and the concrete is cast on the rear surface. Finished building materials have been manufactured by the so-called flat beating method.

However, according to the conventional method, the following problems occur. A large work area is required because the finishing materials are laid flat in the formwork and placed in concrete. It is necessary to separate the finishing materials installed in the formwork one by one, and the work for installation and removal for that is troublesome. Since the decorative surface is placed facing the inner surface of the formwork, the decorative surface is soiled, and it takes a lot of time to wipe it off.

<B> Finishing Material Standing Arrangement The finishing members 1 are erected in the mold frame 2 one by one at predetermined intervals in the same direction. Locking pieces, grooves, and the like (not shown) for installing and fixing the finishing material 1 to the inside of the mold frame 2 at predetermined intervals are provided on the top and the inner surface of the mold frame 2. The finishing material 1 is arranged. (FIG. 3) After erecting and arranging the finishing material 1, a method may be adopted in which a baseboard or the like that connects the tops of the finishing material 1 is bridged as necessary to ensure stability. (Not shown) A cover sheet 1c for peeling / protection is adhered in advance to the decorative surface 1a of the finishing material 1, and cured so as not to be stained. As the cover sheet 1c, for example, an off-the-shelf product used for a curtain wall or the like may be used.

After storage (not shown), a temporary joint material 1d is mounted between the finishing materials 1 and 1. After the above preparation is completed, the decorative sheet 1c of the finishing material 1 is covered with the cover sheet 1c to form an assembly of the finishing material 1 formed into, for example, a 30 cm square. The subsequent manufacturing method of the finished building material T is the same as in the first or second embodiment, and therefore, the description is omitted.

Since the present invention has been described above,
The following effects can be obtained. <B> Since a finishing material is erected in the formwork and cast into concrete, a large work space is not required. <B> There is no need to separate the finishing materials placed flat in the formwork one by one, and the installation and removal for that purpose can be omitted. <C> Since the decorative surface of the finishing material is faced upright in the formwork and concrete is cast, the decorative surface is not stained, and it is not necessary to wipe it off, so that labor can be saved after manufacturing. <D> For the same reason, the production can be performed several times in a single concrete placing operation, so that an efficient and low-cost production of a finished building material can be achieved. <E> For the same reason, it is possible to prevent the corners of the finishing material from being damaged during transportation. <F> Since the finishing material can be manufactured one by one, it is a lightweight material and can be easily handled even by a female worker, for example. <G> Even if one piece of finishing material is small, it is possible to lay up the finishing material in the formwork and cast concrete by forming the aggregate of the finishing material in advance. It is possible to manufacture an efficient and low-cost finished building material.
