Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable filling water in a device through the use of a self-supply pump not by means of a manual work by executing a water filling operation through the use of a non-self-supply pump in the case of a normal operation and the self-supply pump in the case of filling water and executing control to change-over into the operation of the non-self-supply pump after a water filling state is recognized. SOLUTION: When a user indicates a water filling command or an operation start command with an operating device 6, a controller 5 drives the self-supply pump P2, permits it to fill water, stops the pump P2 after the end of water filling, changes-over the driving of the non-self-supply pump P1 and executes the normal operation in configuration. A configuration where a water existence sensor is arranged in the duct or the filter tank T of the device or the like as a means for detecting the end of water filling and the water filling end is detected by a detecting signal from the sensor is adapted. By the bath water purifying device with the configuration, water filling is executed by the pump P2 and the burden of the user is relieved.

2. Description of the Related Art Bath water purifying apparatuses for circulating and purifying bath water in bathtubs have become widespread in recent years. As shown in FIG. 11, a circulating pump P is provided inside the bath water purifying apparatus. The circulating pump P is used to supply bath water from a bath tub B to perform predetermined processing such as filtration, sterilization or heating. In addition, the water flows into the bathtub B. In such a bath water purification device, it is necessary to drain water from the inside of the device and the piping when cleaning and maintaining the inside of the device. There was a problem that it took time and effort to fill the water.

In order to solve this drawback, a self-contained pump may be used as the circulating pump. However, the self-contained pump is expensive and has a high closing pressure due to its structure. In addition, there is a problem that the pressure resistance of the pipes and pipes must be increased, which further increases the cost and limits the improvement of the self-sufficiency performance. Further, performing the self-sufficiency operation for a longer time causes a problem such as shortening of the pump life. An object of the present invention is to remedy the disadvantages of the prior art.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a bath, wherein after entering bath water from a bath tub and performing a predetermined purification treatment, the purified bath water flows out of the bath tub. In the water purification apparatus, a non-self-contained pump for circulating the bath water, a self-contained pump disposed in parallel or in series with the non-self-contained pump, and A control device for performing a water filling operation using the self-contained pump at a time, and switching to operation of the non-self-contained pump when the water filling state is confirmed. According to the above configuration, the self-contained pump allows water to be filled in the apparatus and the piping without manual operation. Further, since the self-contained pump is used only at the time of filling with water, a small capacity pump may be used. Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the pressure resistance of the apparatus itself or the piping, and the cost increase is reduced. It is also possible to improve the self-sufficiency performance and extend the life of the pump. It is also possible to provide a sensor for detecting whether or not there is water in the device, and to configure the control device to recognize a water filling state based on a signal from the sensor. Further, it is possible to further provide a means for giving a reference time required for filling with the self-contained pump, and the control device can recognize the filling state based on the reference time from the means for giving the reference time.
When the operation is started by operating the operation start key or the like, the water filling operation is performed using the self-contained pump, and when the state of the water filling is confirmed, the operation is switched to the non-self-contained pump to perform the normal operation. Such a configuration is also possible. In the case of this configuration, the water filling operation is always performed automatically at the start of the operation, so that an accident caused by forgetting to fill the water can be prevented.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a water inlet pipe 1 is connected to a bathtub B, and the bathwater in the bathtub B is sucked by a non-self-contained pump P1 through the water inlet pipe 1, sent to a filtration tank T, and heated to a predetermined temperature by a heater H. It is configured to heat and return the bath water to the bathtub B via the water discharge pipe 2. A check valve V1 is provided on the bathtub B side of the non-self-contained pump P1 to prevent backflow of the bath water.

FIG. 2 shows the flow of bath water at the time of water filling. The non-self-contained pump P1 stops driving, only the self-contained pump P2 operates, and the bath water flows from the water inlet pipe 1 to the check valve V2. It is configured to return from the water discharge pipe 2 to the bathtub B via the self-contained pump P2, the filtration tank T and the heater H. The check valve V1 allows the self-contained pump P2 and the non-self-contained pump P1 to smoothly fill with water without circulating the bath water.

As described above, since the water filling is performed by the self-contained pump P2, the labor of water filling as in the conventional case is reduced. Further, since the self-contained pump P2 is used only at the time of filling with water, its capacity may be smaller than that of the non-self-contained pump P1, and it is sufficient if the capacity is sufficient to fill the water. In addition, the self-contained pump P2 is driven only when it is filled with water, and has a small capacity. Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the pressure resistance of the filtration tank T and each pipe in the apparatus.

A control device 5 for controlling the entire device such as the non-self-contained pump P1, the self-contained pump P2 or the heater H, and an operation device 6 for a user to operate are provided. When the user issues a water filling command or an operation start command via the operation device 6, the control device 5 starts the self-contained pump P2.
Is driven to perform water filling, and when the water filling is completed, the self-contained pump P2 is stopped, and the drive is switched to the non-self-contained pump P1 to perform normal operation. Various methods can be adopted as means for detecting the completion of water filling. For example, a water presence / absence sensor is provided in the pipeline of the apparatus, the filtration tank T, or the like, and the completion of water filling is detected by a detection signal from the sensor. Configurations can be employed. Alternatively, timer means may be provided in the control device 5 so that the water filling time is counted, and when a predetermined time has elapsed, it is determined that the water filling is completed. In this case, the predetermined time may be a predetermined time, or it may be configured that actual filling is performed and the time required at that time is stored in a memory or the like.
