Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically start up the remote monitor crime prevention system for shipping by an image at the time of termination, to automatically transmit images when a sensor system is available and performs sensing operation, to provide a function of automatically giving a notice on the trespass by a suspicious person when the ship is moored, and to greatly reduce the total cost and to enable sea disaster prevention and crime prevention at the time of mooring. SOLUTION: For the remote monitor crime prevention system 7, an image transmission device 11 developed for portable telephone is mounted on the ship 1 and made usable through ship satellite communication by connecting an internal modem card 12, a PB unit 13, an NCU 14, and a marine telephone 3, and the ship is monitored remotely from the ground through portable telephone by using a personal computer 6. Further, when a sensor is built in and performs sensing operation, a signal is inputted from the external signal input terminal of the image transmission device and image transmission to a previously set personal computer on the ground can automatically be performed through the connected marine telephone.

Since the conventional ship telephone via satellite communication can only handle voice, communication with a ship in the open sea is mistaken, and there is always a danger of a marine accident. In fact, in the maritime accident "Shinsei Maru incident" that occurred on January 20, 1999, an emergency report entered the Japan Coast Guard and the search system was pulled. "I misunderstood the phone call from the ship as if it were a ship, and canceled the search system, illusioning that the ship was not in distress. For this reason, he was allowed to leave eight hours before recognizing this error and retrieving the search system.
It caused the worst situation of human survival and death. These are mainly due to the use of voice calls for communication between the Japan Coast Guard and the shipowners, and the inability to confirm the current situation of the ship in distress with images.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an image transmission device developed for a mobile phone is mounted on a ship in a remote monitoring and security system of the present invention, and a built-in modem card, a PB unit and an NCU are provided. By connecting to a ship telephone, it can be used via ship satellite communication, and remote monitoring of the ship can be performed on land from a mobile phone using a personal computer. Further, when a sensor is incorporated and sensed, a signal can be taken from an external signal input terminal of the image transmission device and the image can be automatically transmitted to a preset land-based personal computer via a connected marine phone.

According to the remote surveillance and security system of the present invention, the ship owner and the Japan Coast Guard can remotely monitor the condition of the ship at any time by setting and using as described above. Furthermore, by installing a sensor, image transmission is automatically performed when entering a restricted area, and when a fire or flooding abnormality occurs on the ship, image transmission is automatically performed by installing a sensor. It has the effect of preventing marine accidents before they happen. Furthermore, since image transmission is started by sensor detection, even if there is a report, 90% can be confirmed with an image unlike ehab (satellite distress signal) with false alarm, and the situation can be imaged by the automatic incoming call function even while engaged in fishing. I can judge. The image at the time of abnormality is automatically transmitted to the PC on the land side, so it can be used as an image record by saving it as a file.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a connection diagram showing one embodiment of the present invention. The sensor system 2 is installed on the ship 1, and when an image is detected, the image inside the ship is automatically sent to the ship owner's mobile phone 5 via the ship phone 3.
1 shows a configuration of a remote monitoring and crime prevention system 7 for transmitting data via a data card 4 to a personal computer 6 having a built-in data card. If there is an intrusion prohibited area inside the ship 1, after setting the key switch 9, the sensor 8 detects a suspicious person, activates the image transmission device 11 via the controller 10, and activates the built-in modem card 12,
It connects to the marine phone 3 via the PB unit 13 and the NCU 14. The ship telephone 3 is transmitted via a communication satellite 15 to a ground station 16 installed in Japan. The communication software 17 is installed from the ground station 16 to the personal computer 6 connected to the owner's mobile phone 5 via the mobile phone communication network 20,
Enable remote monitoring. When the shipowner receives an image transmission,
By looking at the personal computer 6, it is possible to identify the person who has entered the intrusion prohibited area, and the image data can be used as evidence at a later date. The ship owner can also perform remote monitoring at any time from the personal computer 6 connected via the mobile phone 5. FIG. 2 is a connection diagram showing a second embodiment of the present invention. This shows the case where the target ship does not have a sensor system. In this case, the shipowner can normally perform remote monitoring at any time from the personal computer 6 connected via the mobile phone 5.
In particular, when the robot camera 18 is connected to the image transmission device 11, it is possible to perform monitoring even during fishing, since it is possible to perform up / down, left / right, zoom, and the like, so that there is no need for trouble on the receiving side. FIG.
FIG. 7 is a view showing a third embodiment of the present invention. The following is an example applied when the target ship is moored at a Japanese port.
At this time, there is a possibility that the crew will be absent from the ship 1 and will be stolen or mischievous. Therefore, ship 1 has sensor system 2
The sensor 8 installed in the vessel automatically detects the suspicious person 9 when it is detected, activates the image transmission device 11 via the controller 10, and connects to the mobile phone 19 connected thereto.
To the owner's mobile phone 5 or fixed telephone 21 or pager 22 via the mobile telephone communication network 20. The shipowner can identify an emergency call by setting a melody with high urgency when a call is received from the mobile phone 4 to the mobile phone 4 in advance.

As described above, the remote surveillance and security system of the present invention can accurately judge the situation at the time of abnormality because basically the image information is used for confirmation. When the sensor system is set, the image transfer is started by automatic start-up, so that the shipowner can judge the situation inside the ship from land on the image. Further, since the image transmission device can be used as it is as a mobile phone notification device, it is not necessary to introduce a new security device when moored at a port in Japan, and the cost can be greatly reduced.
Although the description has been given mainly of a ship as an example, it goes without saying that these applications can be remotely monitored for equipment management on a remote island, for example, if the equipment uses ship communication. Furthermore, in the third embodiment, it is needless to say that, if the mobile phone is accessible in Japan, self-security can be performed by utilizing the automatic notification function in the management of facilities such as factories and office warehouses. In the claims and the embodiments, the description has been given of the conventional function division, but it is clear that the value of the present invention does not change even if they are integrated.
