Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 車両進行方向に対して直角な中心軸とこ
の中心軸の外周に配置し固着された筒状ゴム弾性体及び
この筒状ゴム弾性体の外周面の全域を覆うように固着さ
れた外筒とを有する防振ゴムブッシュであって、その外
筒を鉄道車両の車軸を支持する軸箱部から車両進行方向
に延設された軸はりの端部に車両進行方向に対して直角
な水平姿勢に配置して連設され、かつ、車両進行方向に
2分割の半割体同士が相互に締結可能とされた筒状ハウ
ジング部に嵌合固定するとともに、その中心軸を台車フ
レームに回転不能に固定して用いられる鉄道車両軸はり
装置用防振ゴムブッシュにおいて、 上記外筒の一部にバーリング加工により径外方に突出す
る円筒形状の凸部を形成し、この凸部を上記筒状ハウジ
ング部の内周側に形成した凹部に係合させることで、上
記軸はりの中心軸周りの回転運動時における筒状ゴム弾
性体と筒状ハウジングとの相対滑りを防止するように構
成していることを特徴とする鉄道車両軸はり装置用防振
ゴムブッシュ。
1.
