アリングがワークを挟む構成としたため、突合せ線形状
が異なる複数の種類の曲線ブランク材の溶接を、突合せ
部の形状ごとに専用のベースプレートとクランプを製作
し、また段取り換えすることなく一つの治具で行うこと
ができ、貫通溶接時に溶接点の材料裏面に発生するプラ
ズマ光の明るさを常に追従して観察することができ、溶
接が板裏面まで貫通しているかを容易に監視することが
可能で、また常に裏面を追従してガスシールドすること
が可能で、また、ワーク間の段差をなくすことができる
曲線ブランク材の溶接装置を提供することができる。
