Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both the strength and the freedom of fiber necessary for the dust collecting performance of a cleaning sheet by forming fibers constituting the outside layer of nonwoven fabric in loops and entangling the outside layer constituting fiber and the inside layer constituting fiber to integrate the outside layer with the inside layer. SOLUTION: The three-dimensionally entangled nonwoven fabric used for this cleaning sheet comprises an inside layer 2, outside layers 3, 3 with density lower than that of the inside layer 2 placed on at least one side of the inside layer 2, and a network sheet 4. The inside layer 2 is integrated in an entangled condition with the network sheet 4 as well as the entanglement between fibers constituting the inside layer 2. At least fibers positioned on the most outside surface of the outside layer 3 are formed into loops and the density of the outside layer 3 is low causing a low entangled condition of the outside layer 3. Thus various kinds of dust from dust on a general floor to dust on a desk and furniture with a smooth surface and plastic products, further, comparatively large dust such as bread crumbs, eraser dust, etc., can be collected.

The cleaning sheet 1 of this embodiment is made of a non-woven fabric formed by three-dimensional entanglement of fibers. As shown in FIG. 1, the non-woven fabric has an inner layer 2 and at least one surface of the inner layer 2 (see FIG. 1). Are formed on the both sides) and the outer layers 3 and 3 having a lower density than the inner layer 2 and the mesh sheet 4, and the inner layer 2 is entangled with the mesh sheet 4 together with the entanglement between the constituent fibers. Is integrated. Examples of nonwoven fabrics formed by three-dimensional entanglement of fibers include so-called spunlaced nonwoven fabrics obtained by subjecting a fiber web to a water needling treatment under low energy conditions.

As shown in FIG. 2, the constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 have at least the fibers located on the outermost surface thereof forming a loop, and are in a so-called raised or raised state (however, not a raised state due to fiber ends). ). The constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 forming such a loop are in a low entanglement state in combination with the low density of the outer layer, and the desks and furniture and the like having a smooth surface from the dust on the general flooring material. It is possible to collect various dusts such as dust on plastic products and relatively large dusts such as breadcrumbs and eraser scum. In addition, if a large amount of dust is collected, pills are formed by the constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 and serve as a guide for replacing the cleaning sheet 1. In the present specification, the phrase that the constituent fibers of the outer layer form a loop means that, when the outer layer 3 is observed with a microscope, the constituent fibers form a ring closed outward and the constituent fiber ends project outward. Not mean.

The constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 only need to form a loop to such an extent that the cleaning sheet of the present invention can exhibit a desired dust collecting effect, and it is necessary that all the constituent fibers form a loop. There is no. Further, the shape of the loop may be various shapes such as an arc shape, an oval shape, and the like, and the loop may be twisted.

As shown in FIG. 2, the constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 are entangled with the constituent fibers of the inner layer 2 so that the outer layer 3 and the inner layer 2 are integrated. In particular, it is preferable that at least the ends of the constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 are buried in the inner layer 2 and entangled with the constituent fibers of the inner layer 2. As described above, since the density of the inner layer 2 is higher than that of the outer layer 3, since the constituent fibers of the inner layer 2 having a higher density and the constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 are entangled, the cleaning sheet of the present invention is used. During cleaning, the constituent fibers of the outer layer 3 can be prevented from falling off.

The inner layer 2 has an apparent density of 0.015 to 0.015.
0.2 g / cm 3, in particular it is 0.03~0.1g / cm 3 is the point of preventing fluffing and breaking occurred during cleaning to ensure sufficient strength, reliably capturing the fine soil dust from accumulating inside It is preferable because it can be collected and held and the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 can be easily integrated.

On the other hand, each of the outer layers 3, 3 disposed on both sides of the inner layer 2 has a thickness of 0.1 to 5 mm, particularly 0.2 to 2 mm, which is relatively small, such as breadcrumbs or eraser dust. This is preferable in that large dust can be reliably held, fibers can be prevented from being removed during cleaning, and relatively fine dust can be reliably held in the inner layer 2.

Each of the outer layers 3 and 3 has an apparent density of 0.0001 to 0.015 g / cm 3 , particularly 0.1 g / cm 3 .
The amount of 001 to 0.005 g / cm 3 is preferable from the viewpoints of securing the degree of freedom of fibers that can be sufficiently entangled with dust when collecting relatively large dust and the number of fibers that hold the entangled dust. Further, as described above, the density of the outer layers 3 and 3 is lower than the density of the inner layer 2, and specifically, the density of the outer layers 3 and 3 is 2〜 to 1/2000, particularly 1/5 of the density of the inner layer 2. It is preferable that it is 〜 1/200.

The thickness of the entire cleaning sheet 1 is appropriately selected within a range in which the apparent densities of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 have the above-mentioned values, but a general range is 0.25 to 10 mm, particularly 0.5 to 10 mm. It is preferably 5 mm. The basis weight of the cleaning sheet 1 is 40 to 100 g / m 2 , particularly 50 to 7 g / m 2 .
0 g / m 2 is a point that prevents soil dust and the like from leaking to the back side of the sheet during cleaning and hands and the like are soiled, and sufficiently secures entanglement between constituent fibers of the sheet to improve workability; It is preferable from the viewpoint of preventing the fibers from falling off during cleaning. The basis weight in the present embodiment includes the basis weight of the mesh sheet 4.

The thickness described above is determined by a microscope [VH
-6200 (lens, VH-Z25) manufactured by Keyence Corporation]. Specifically, the cross section of the sheet is 1
Observation was carried out at a magnification of 00, and a portion having a low fiber density (ie, the outer layer) and a portion having a high fiber density (ie, the inner layer) were directly observed and measured. Also,
Laser Scan Microscope [PA1801
(Manufactured by Keyence Co., Ltd.). In this case, after measuring the entire thickness, the outer layer 3 is cut out and the thickness of the inner layer 2 is measured. The measurement of the total thickness and the thickness of the inner layer 2 was carried out by first using a laser reflecting plate (5 cm × 5 cm acrylic plate with a white tape; weight 3.7 g, load 0.15 g / cm).
2. Measure the thickness only with a thickness of 1.7 mm) and adjust the zero point of the device. Next, the reflector (load: 0.15 g / cm 2 ) is placed on the measurement sample, and the thickness is measured. At this time, the sample is measured evenly five times, and the average value is defined as the thickness. The thickness of the outer layer 3 can be calculated by subtracting the thickness of the inner layer 2 from the entire thickness. The density was calculated by dividing the grammage by the obtained thickness. The grammage of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3 is determined by measuring the grammage of the entire sheet, then removing the outer layer 3 using a clipper or shaving scissors for animal experiments, and measuring the grammage of the inner layer 2. The weight was calculated by subtracting the weight of the inner layer 2 from the weight of the entire sheet.

As for the elongation of the cleaning sheet, 5
The elongation under a load of N / 30 mm is 20% or less,
This is preferable from the viewpoint of preventing the cleaning sheet from being distorted or distorted during cleaning, thereby preventing usability from being deteriorated. The smaller the value of this elongation, the better. Such a problem becomes conspicuous when the cleaning sheet is attached to a cleaning sheet replacement type cleaning tool described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 2-119152 or the like to perform the wiping operation.

The cleaning sheet shown in FIG. 1 can be manufactured by various methods. For example, a fiber web obtained by processing fibers having a predetermined fiber length with a card machine is laminated on the upper and lower sides of the mesh sheet 4, and then subjected to a water needling treatment under a low energy condition to form a fiber entanglement of the fiber web. A sheet in which the non-woven inner layer is entangled with the mesh sheet together with the entanglement between the constituent fibers is obtained, and the surface of the inner layer is loosened with a brush or the like, whereby the constituent fibers are looped. The cleaning sheet 1 can be obtained by forming the outer layer in the shape of a circle. Alternatively, an inner-layer fiber web and an outer-layer fiber web prepared by processing fibers having a predetermined fiber length by a card machine are prepared, and the inner-layer fiber web is laminated on the upper and lower sides of the mesh sheet 4, and then a low energy fiber is formed. There is a method in which a water needling treatment is performed under the conditions, and a fiber web for an outer layer is laminated on the upper and lower sides, and then a water needling treatment is performed under lower energy conditions. Thereby, the nonwoven fabric-like inner layer formed by the fiber entanglement of the inner layer fiber web is integrated with the mesh sheet together with the entanglement between the constituent fibers in the entangled state, and Thus, the cleaning sheet 1 can be obtained in which the nonwoven fabric-like outer layer obtained from the outer layer fiber web is integrated by entanglement of the constituent fibers, and the constituent fibers of the outer layer form a loop.
