Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a temperature control structure without using a temperature sensor by providing excitation type heater materials having a self- temperature control function on members arranged in hot storage chambers. SOLUTION: The interior of a storage chamber 1 storing trays 5 is partitioned into hot storage chambers 3 and cold storage chambers 4 via partition materials 2, and excitation type heater materials 7 having a self-temperature control function are provided in the hot storage chambers 3 in this pantry carriage. As the heater materials 7, a molding material mixed with a fiber-like or powder-like conductive material such as iron, aluminum or carbon black and a synthetic resin is molded to form the side wall material of the storage chamber 1. The hot storage chambers 3 are heated by the heater materials 7 via excitation, and the cold storage chambers 4 are cooled by a cooling device 22 installed at the lower section of the carriage. A temperature control structure can be simplified without requiring a special temperature control device.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional serving truck, the energization control is performed by detecting the temperature of the heater material with a temperature sensor such as a thermoswitch so that the temperature of the storage compartment does not rise excessively. It is necessary to perform temperature control, and there is a problem that a temperature control structure such as installing a temperature sensor at an appropriate position capable of detecting a heater material temperature is troublesome. In addition, a large current at the time of opening / closing a switch of the temperature sensor may cause a problem such as a contact failure of the temperature sensor.

The heater member 7 is formed by molding a molding material which is a mixture of a conductive material having conductivity and a synthetic resin.
Is formed as a side wall material. As the conductive material, iron,
A fibrous or powdered material such as aluminum, carbon black, and silver can be used, and its compounding ratio is 5 to 5% of the molding material in order to exert the self-temperature control function on the side wall material. It is preferred to be in the range of 70 Vol%. As the synthetic resin, any of a thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin can be used, but the thermoplastic resin is more preferable from the viewpoint of workability in molding the side wall material. Examples of the thermoplastic resin include a polyethylene resin, a polypropylene resin, a polystyrene resin, and an ABS resin.
Examples of the thermosetting resin include a phenol resin, an epoxy resin, and a polyester resin.

In adjusting the molding material, the conductive material and the synthetic resin are charged into a kneading machine at a predetermined mixing ratio so as to be sufficiently kneaded. Kneading is usually performed at a temperature of 200 ° C. to 220 ° C. when the synthetic resin is a thermoplastic resin,
When the synthetic resin is a thermosetting resin, the heat treatment is performed at a temperature of 90 ° C. to 130 ° C. for about 10 minutes. Then, the molding material thus adjusted is compressed and compression-molded into pellets, or cut into pellets while being extruded.
Further, in forming the side wall material using such a molding material, injection molding, compression molding, extrusion molding, or the like can be employed. In order to actually use the thus obtained side wall material as the side wall material of the storage 1, it is necessary to adhere an insulating material such as an insulating sheet to both sides of the side wall material to maintain the insulation from the outside. There is.

The side wall material thus formed has a self-temperature control function. That is, since the side wall material contains a conductive material, the electric resistance value is lower than that of the synthetic resin constituting the side wall material, and when the side wall material is energized, electricity flows into the conductive material. When the temperature rises due to the heat generation, the synthetic resin of the side wall material expands due to the heat. Due to the expansion of the synthetic resin, the bonding state of the conductive material in the side wall material is increased. Is partially interrupted, the resistance value of the side wall material increases, and it becomes difficult for current to flow, and as a result, heat generation of the side wall material is suppressed. In addition, when the heat generation of the side wall material is suppressed and the temperature decreases, the synthetic resin of the side wall material shrinks, and due to the shrinkage of the synthetic resin, the bonding state of the conductive material in the side wall material is reduced. It becomes dense, the resistance value of the side wall material decreases, and a large amount of current flows. As a result, the side wall material generates heat again.

In such a serving car, since the heater 7 has a self-temperature control function, the heater 7 itself changes the electric resistance value by the heat generated by energization, and controls the amount of energization to reduce the amount of heat generated. By controlling, the inside of the storage room 3 can be maintained at a desired constant temperature. Therefore, the storage room 3
It is not necessary to provide a special temperature control device for maintaining a predetermined constant temperature. Further, since the members forming the inner wall of the storage room 3, for example, the side wall material, the top plate material, the bottom plate material, etc. of the storage 1 are formed by the heater material 7, it is troublesome to form these members separately from the heater material 7. Further, by arranging a member having a plurality of heater members 7 or adjusting the heat generation temperature of each heater member 7, the spatial temperature distribution in the storage room 3 can be freely changed. For example, when the tray 5 is located at a low position where the temperature is low in the storage room 3 or when the number of the trays 5 is small and it is desired to heat only the vicinity of the tray 5, many heater materials are provided near the tray 5. By disposing a member having the tray 7 or changing the heat generation temperature of the heater member 7,
The above hot food can be effectively kept warm. Note that the heat generation temperature of the heater 7 can be adjusted to a desired heat generation temperature by changing the material, blending ratio, and the like of the conductive material and the synthetic resin constituting the heater 7. Further, by changing the thickness of the member, the heat capacity of the member changes, so that the heat retention when the power is turned off and the heating rate when the power is turned on can be changed. This can be achieved by increasing the thickness of the member when it is desired to increase the heat retention when the power is off, and by reducing the thickness when increasing the heating rate when the power is on.
