Abstract

PURPOSE:To effect efficient temperature control by a method wherein a refrigeration chamber is provided with a temperature sensor, detecting a temperature in an article receiving chamber, and a control means, controlling the ON/OFF of a fan 1 and a heater means based on the detecting temperature of the temperature sensor while the control means is provided with specified temperature controlling points. CONSTITUTION:A selecting switch 26 is connected to a control switch 28 by a controller 30 to conduct an electric heater 16 by a battery 17. According to this conduction, the temperature of an article receiving chamber 1 is risen. When the temperature of the article receiving chamber 1 has arrived at a fourth temperature controlling point, the controller 30 puts the control switch 28 OFF whereby the conduction of the electric heater 16 is intercepted. When a temperature of the outside of the chamber is lower than that of the article receiving chamber 1, the same temperature gradually lowers by invading heat gradually. When the temperature of the article receiving chamber 1 arrives at a third temperature controlling point, the control switch 28 is put ON by the controller 30 and the conduction of the electric heater 16 is started. The temperature of the article receiving chamber 1 is maintained at a temperature between the third temperature controlling point and the fourth temperature controlling point in such a manner.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in the case of conventional temperature control of a cold storage, the cooling temperature switch and the heating temperature switch independently control the energization to the m transmitter and the heater. As a result, the energy of the cooling and heating sources is wasted because cooling and heating are performed alternately.
That is, there is a problem in that the temperature cannot be controlled efficiently.

When controlling the blower and heater, that is, when controlling the temperature inside the article storage room, cooling control is being performed before the first temperature control point is reached, so the third temperature When the control point is reached, the blower is turned off. Normally, when the blower is turned off, the temperature rise due to the acceptance of heat from the outside is greater than the temperature drop due to the cold air leaking from the cooling element. The temperature rises. Then, when the temperature of the article storage chamber reaches the fourth temperature control point, the blower is turned on, cold air from the cooling element is sent to the article storage chamber, and the temperature of the article storage chamber is lowered. Similarly, during heating control, the heater is turned on at the third temperature control point and turned off at the fourth temperature control point.

By the way, if the outside air temperature is lower than the first temperature control point, the temperature in the article storage room will continue to fall even if the blower is turned off as described above. In this case,
When the temperature of the article storage chamber detected by the temperature sensor reaches the first temperature control point, cooling control is switched to heating control. As a result, the heater is turned on (since the third temperature control point has been exceeded), and the temperature in the article storage chamber increases. Then, when the detected temperature reaches the fourth temperature control point, the heater is turned off, and as a result, the temperature in the article storage chamber begins to decrease. In this way, the cooling control is switched to the heating control, and the temperature of the article storage chamber is controlled within the temperature range defined by the third temperature control point and the fourth temperature control point.

A cold storage element (cool storage plate) 13 and a blower 14 are arranged in the recess 9 of the plate member 8. As the cool storage element 13, a known cool storage agent sealed in a suitable pad gauge (not shown) can be used. Such a cold storage element 13 is taken out of the refrigerator, cooled and stored outside, and then placed in the recess 9. Note that an evaporator of a refrigeration circuit may be attached to the cool storage element 13 disposed in the recess 9 so that the cool storage element 13 can store cold while being disposed in the recess 9 .

1. A heat insulating box body having a heat insulating door on one side and in which an article storage chamber is formed, a cooling element and heater means disposed within the heat insulating box body, and cooling air from the cooling element to the article storage chamber. A temperature sensor for detecting the temperature inside the article storage chamber, which is used to control the temperature of a cold storage having a blower for circulating air, and a temperature sensor for controlling the on/off of the blower and heater means based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor. The control means has a first temperature control point for switching from cooling control to heating control, and a first temperature control point that is set higher than the first temperature control point and switching from heating control to cooling control. and a third temperature control point set between the first and second temperature control points, where the blower is turned off during the cooling control and the heater is turned on during the heating control. a temperature control point, set between the first and second temperature control points and higher than the third temperature control point,
A temperature control system for a cold storage warehouse, characterized in that a fourth temperature control point is set at which the blower is turned on during the cooling control and the heater is turned off during the heating control.
