Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a floor material mainly composed of cork material used for a house floor, a cork plate formed by forming cork grains into a sheet of a desired thickness is laminated on a core plate such as a plywood or a rubber plate. An integrated composite material is generally known. In recent years, instead of laminating the above-mentioned plate materials, as shown in JP-A-62-30859, cork particles having a desired particle size and vulcanized material are used. Adhesive is attached to the rubber particles obtained by grinding the finished rubber material to a particle size of a suitable size and mixed, and these are separated by vibration or powder dispersion to form layers having different specific gravities, and then formed into sheets. Floor materials that are integrally formed into a laminated structure have also been proposed.

Since a complicated process such as bonding to a plate has to be performed, there is a great disadvantage that the cost is inevitably increased. Further, in the latter composite structure in which each of the vulcanized rubber material and the cork material is crushed to an appropriate size and molded integrally with an adhesive, it takes more time and effort than the above-mentioned bonded integrated structure, The molding process is also complicated and cannot be provided at a low cost. The finished product is formed by hardening the entire structure directly from the pulverized material. Many have left. The present invention eliminates such disadvantages, and provides a flooring material which is excellent in formability, lightweight, low-cost and has high dimensional accuracy. Hereinafter, this will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, it is a layered flooring made of a plate-like cork material and a rubber material. An unvulcanized rubber sheet (2a), which is formed by compressing a cork sheet (1) having a desired thickness by mixing an adhesive with cork particles and mixing various rubber chemicals to form a sheet, is used as the cork sheet (1). It is characterized in that it is superimposed with 1) and is pressurized and heated by a molding press to form and integrate into a layer.

First, cork wood, which is a natural material, consists of fine cells and the air that these cells carry,
Its characteristics are light weight, strong elasticity and high compression recovery force, and it has great features such as excellent thermal insulation, vibration absorption, and sound insulation. Next, a rubber material made of a natural material or a synthetic material has high elasticity, extensibility, and density, and is a very excellent buffer material as an absorbing material for vibration and impact.

である。In the present invention, the cork material is pulverized to an appropriate particle size to form cork particles, an adhesive is mixed with the cork particles, and the mixture is compressed to form a cork sheet (1).
Next, a sheet-like unvulcanized dough rubber sheet (2a) is superimposed on the cork sheet (1), and this is heated and compressed to form a floor material comprising a cork sheet (1) and a molded rubber sheet (2). The cork sheet (1) has good sound insulation, compression recovery, decorativeness, and lightness due to the integration of dissimilar elastic plate materials without using an adhesive in this way. However, the rubber sheet (2) is combined with the high elasticity, extensibility or adhesiveness to obtain a floor material having a good walking feeling, high dimensional accuracy and durability.

The cork particles used in the present invention can be easily crushed and formed to have a particle size of about 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm in terms of elasticity as a floor material, mixing of an adhesive, and obtaining a smooth surface after molding. Therefore, it is preferable. As the adhesive to be mixed with the cork particles, a synthetic resin liquid, such as a urea resin, a melamine resin, or a phenol resin, which is cured by heating, or an emulsion of these synthetic resin liquids is used. On the other hand, as a rubber material, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber or the like is used as a base material, and various rubber chemicals including a vulcanizing agent are added depending on required physical properties.

Press 2 for about 8 to 20 minutes to cure and form. In the cork sheet (1) and the rubber sheet (2) formed as described above, the rubber material enters into a small gap between the cork particles of the cork sheet (1) and is hardened to form a tree root state. The cork sheet (1) firmly penetrates into the inside of the cork sheet (1), and shows entanglement and strong bonding. By utilizing the high permeability of the unvulcanized rubber material shown during compression in this way, physical bonding that is not fixed by adhesive force is realized.

When a surface agent (3a) such as wax or varnish is applied to the opposite surface that cannot be fitted, and then heated and pressed and integrated into a mold, a smooth painted surface (3) is formed on the surface that is a walking surface. Therefore, it is possible to provide a floor material having higher commercial value.
