2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a vibrating force of a flat plate vibration type road surface compactor has required more than 5 N / cm 2 with respect to a contact area of a diaphragm. This value is empirically the vibrating force to give a density that does not deform or damage even if a general automobile runs after rolling the heated asphalt mixture with a plate vibration type road surface compactor and cooling it to room temperature. . In order to obtain this vibrating force, the weight of the vibration shaft and the strength of the supporting portion must be increased, and as a result, the weight becomes heavy.

[Function and effect] Since the road surface compactor has a vibrating force per area of the diaphragm of 2 N / cm 2 or less, it is difficult to use because it does not increase in density for general asphalt road construction where trucks, passenger cars, etc. pass. However, the maximum weight is suitable for construction of sidewalks where bicycles and the like run, and the size of the excitation shaft is reduced and the output of the prime mover that drives the excitation shaft is reduced by reducing the horsepower to reduce the size and weight. Accordingly, the entire road compactor can be reduced in size and weight. In addition, due to restrictions on women's employment under the Labor Standards Law, there are restrictions on the work that must not be carried around with equipment that is 20 kg or more, but this condition can be satisfied and women can operate easily. A road compactor can be provided. In addition, at the work site, it is necessary to frequently move the road compactor, but since the total weight of the road compactor is less than 20 kg, even women can easily lift it and transport it to the next moving place. Can be.

[0011] In addition, guardrails and guard cables are mainly used as protective fences for partitioning roads in Japan, but the height from the road surface to the lower end thereof is designed to be at least about 40 cm. There is a minimum of about 36cm, considering the maximum rise of road surface material up to 4cm. However, according to the present invention, as described in claim 2, since the height of the main body of the road compactor is configured to be 36 cm or less, the road compactor is inserted into the space below the guard rail or the guard cable. Therefore, it is possible to reliably and efficiently perform the rolling work on the lower road surface such as the guardrail and the road surface ahead thereof.

Further, when a road surface rolling machine performs a rolling operation on a road surface below a guard rail or a guard cable, and subsequently performs a rolling operation on a road surface beyond the guard rail or the guard cable, the guard rail or the like hinders the passage of the handle. However, in the present invention, as described in claim 3, a bearing member is fixed to the rear end surface of the road surface compactor main body, and the lower end portion of the handle is inserted into the bearing member so as to be rotatable left and right. By tilting the handle in the left-right direction, it is possible to easily and reliably pass through the lower space such as the guardrail, and the rolling work on the road surfaces on both sides partitioned by the guardrail can be efficiently performed.

Further, when the road surface compactor main body 1 is to be passed through the guard rail B to be used for rolling the asphalt mixture A on the road surface therebefore, it becomes an obstacle to the passage of the guard rail B. The handle 2 is rotated left or right about the bearing member 4 attached to the rear end of the road surface compactor body 1 so that the handle 2 does not hit the guardrail B. The asphalt mixture A is pressed by the road surface pressing machine main body 1 and passed through the handle 2 together with the road surface pressing machine main body 1 while being pressed. At this time, when the handle 2 is rotated left or right, the engaging members 9 projecting from the horizontal lower end 2a of the handle 2 engage the stopper members 10 projecting from the bearing member 4, The handle 2 can be easily operated because the grip 2b does not touch the road surface on which the asphalt mixture A has been sprayed by being locked to the handle 10.

As described above, even when an obstacle such as the guardrail B exists, the height of the grip 2b can be reduced by rotating the handle 2 in either the left or right direction. While the lower asphalt mixture A is reliably and efficiently rolled, the rolling operation can be continuously performed up to the asphalt mixture A on the road surface ahead.

The horizontal lower end 2a of the handle 2 is inserted into the bearing member 4 fixed to the rear end face of the road compactor body 1, and the center of the rear end face is bolted to the center of the front end face of the bearing member 4. The handle 2 can be smoothly rotated in the left-right direction, and of course, the handle 2 is not pulled out of the bearing member 4 even when pulled backward, and can be rolled as usual. The rubber sleeve 8 is interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the bearing member 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the horizontal lower end 2a of the handle 2, so that the grip can be performed. Even if 2b is released, there is no danger that the handle 2 will rotate by its own weight or the like due to the frictional resistance of the rubber sleeve 8, and the handle 2 can be reliably held at the operation position. Hand against resistance By rotating the 2 in the lateral direction, compaction while maintaining a desired tilt angle, in which perform better efficiency paving work.
