上記圧力室の側面に設けた上記圧電素子あるいは上記積層圧電素子の上記ノズル板側の部分に設けた、上記圧電素子あるいは上記積層圧電素子の変位の振動遮断部を、切削手段によって形成することを特徴とするインクジェットプリンタのヘッド製造方法。
