また、第四の本発明は、第一又は第二の本発明のセラミック成形体の封口方法で封口されたセラミック成形体を焼成処理することを特徴とする多孔質セラミック部材の製造方法である。
また、第五の本発明は、第四の本発明の多孔質セラミック部材の製造方法で製造した多孔質セラミック部材を複数個結束させることを特徴とするセラミックフィルタの製造方法である。
