2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a heating apparatus for a house or the like, a floor heating apparatus provided with a heater driven by electricity or gas below a floor material is known. On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
The heat storage type floor heating apparatus which is excellent in economics and can save the heat of the heater H provided below the floor material 7 in the heat storage material 5 and gradually reduce the operation time of the heater H by gradually releasing the heat storage. B is also known. In this case, the heater using the electrically driven heater H has an advantage that the heat storage material 5 is heated and stored by inexpensive midnight power of the electric charge, and the heat storage can be used in the daytime.

[0003] More specifically, this regenerative floor heating device B is constructed by interposing a joist 9 between a plywood C and a floor material 7 above a heat insulating material 4 provided between, for example, large-scale (not shown). A space A is provided, and a heater H and a heat storage material 5 are provided in the space A. Then, the heat of the heater H is stored in the heat storage material 5, and the heat released from the heat storage material 5 becomes radiant heat via the space A to heat the floor material 7.

The heat stored in the heat storage material 5 is:
For example, a person is absent in the room for 24 hours, or a constant heat is less likely to be released even in a living room where heating is unnecessary when going out or going to bed. It is not necessary to operate the heater H at regular intervals, and is excellent in terms of economy and energy saving.
As shown in FIG. 7, there is an application filed by the present applicant as Japanese Patent Application No. 10-239315.

More specifically, the regenerative floor heating device D is capable of freely controlling the amount of heat released from the heat storage material 5, and is provided above the heat insulating material 4 provided between the large-scale (not shown). A space portion A is provided between the plywood C and the floor material 7 with joists 9 and 9 interposed therebetween, and a heater H and a heat storage material 5 are provided in the space portion A. As a heat radiation amount control device, an inflatable and deflateable bag body 6 is provided on the upper surface of an upper surface of a surface body 61 having a low thermal emissivity (high heat conductivity) such as an aluminum foil or a copper foil.

[0006] A fan (not shown) connected to the duct is provided in the bag body 6 as blowing means for blowing air into the bag body.
The amount of heat transfer from the heat storage material 5 to the floor material 7 is controlled by controlling the amount of air blown by the fan. That is, the heat released from the heat storage material 5 due to the heating of the heater H stored in the heat storage material 5 is promoted by expanding the bag body 6, and the surface body 61 is formed by deflating the bag body 6.
From above, the heating of the floor material 7 as radiant heat via the space portion A is suppressed, and the amount of heat transfer from the heat storage material 5 to the floor material 7 is controlled.

Therefore, there is an effect that the running cost for storing heat in the heat storage material 5 can be reduced. In addition, the outside air temperature is high and heating is not required, for example, in early spring or autumn, and also during the daytime when the temperature becomes high within the day, the heat release from the heat storage material 5 is controlled to raise the room temperature more than necessary. It also has the effect of not letting it do.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, it is necessary to provide a supporting member such as a narrow plate, a net or the like in order to provide the heat insulating material 4 in a large space. Therefore, there was a problem that it took a lot of time for construction.
In addition, underfloor insulation work as described above is a special work in a relatively warm area, for example, if the work content is not properly communicated to unskilled workers, the work itself may not be performed there were. In the above case, in order to provide the heater H and the heat storage material 5 in the space during the large-scale pulling, the plywood C has to be provided on the large-scale pulling, and a review of the construction has been demanded.

In the above-described regenerative floor heating device 1, first, as shown in FIG. 3, joists 9 are erected on the upper surface of the girders 8 at module intervals. An electric heater 22 is substantially attached to a surface member 21 having a substantially plate-shaped heat insulating material 4 and 4 fitted below the surface material 21 having a long shape so that the width thereof substantially matches the module between the joists 9 and 9. In this case, the heater panel 2 integrated in a plate shape is dropped between joists 9 so as to be bridged between the three large drawers 8, 8, 8. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the heat storage material 5 and the bag 6 are sequentially dropped into the space A between the joists 9, 9 erected on the large pulling 8, and are supported by the heater panel 2 and placed. Thereafter, the floor material 7 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the joist 9.

In the regenerative floor heating device 1, when the fan is operated, air is blown into the bag 6 through a ventilation duct provided in the bag 6, and the air is blown into the bag 6.
The internal pressure rises and the bag body 6 expands, and the upper side of the bag body 6 comes into close contact with the back surface of the floor material 7 to be in a heat dissipation promoting state. In this state, the air layer formed inside the bag body 6 is formed of a material having a high emissivity on both the upper surface and the lower surface of the air layer. The thermal resistance is reduced, and the release of heat from the heat storage material 5 due to the heating of the heater panel 2 stored in the heat storage material 5 is promoted by expanding the bag 6.

When the operation of the fan is stopped, the bag 6 collapses due to its own weight. In this state, the air layer of the space A formed between the back surface of the flooring 7 and the face body of the upper surface of the bag body 6 has the lower face formed of a face material having a low emissivity. This is a heat dissipation suppression state in which the thermal resistance of the air layer is greater than in the heat dissipation promotion state. In this state, the heating of the floor material 7 due to the radiant heat from the face body via the space portion A is suppressed. In this way,
The amount of heat transfer from the heat storage material 5 to the flooring material 7 can be controlled because the thermal resistance of the closed air layer is inversely related to the thermal conductivity of the material itself. When the copper material is used as the surface member constituting the air layer of the space A, the thermal resistance of the air layer is increased and the heat radiation is suppressed.
