Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity and efficiency by integrally forming the front part than a parallel wall of a first reflecting surface and the front half part of a third reflecting surface as an adaptor part, integrally forming the remaining part of the first reflecting surface, a second reflecting surface, and the remaining part of the third reflecting surface, and jointing the adaptor part with a main body part. SOLUTION: A first reflecting surface 31 is formed by connecting, so that two surfaces (a first surface front half part 31A and the first surface remaining part 31B) having different focal distances form a parallel wall 35 parallel in the irradiating direction, and a light guide path 34 is formed on the parallel wall 35. A third reflecting surface 33 is formed in the top plate part of the first reflecting surface 31, and the first surface front half part 31A than the parallel wall of the first reflecting surface 31 and a third reflecting surface front half part 33A are integrally formed as an adaptor part 3A. The first reflecting surface remaining part 31B, a second reflecting surface 32, and a third surface remaining part 33B are integrally formed as a main body part 3B, and the adaptor part 3A and the main body part 3B are jointed. Thereby, beam utilization efficiency is enhanced, without increasing the number of part items.

In particular, in recent years, there has been a tendency to favor a lamp 90 having a reduced height in the vertical direction when mounted on a vehicle, and the reflecting mirror 92 does not contribute to the generation of reflected light. Since the area of the upper and lower top plate portions 92a increases and the effective area as the reflecting mirror 92 decreases and the efficiency with respect to the light source 91 tends to further decrease, some means for improving the efficiency of the reflecting mirror 92 is required. Has become.

According to the present invention, as a specific means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, a light source is arranged at a substantially focal point in a parabolic system, and the light source is arranged in the left-right direction of the light source. A first reflection surface provided with a light guide path penetrating to the rear side at an appropriate position, and a parabolic system that is disposed on the left and right outer sides of the first reflection surface and has a focus near the light guide path portion and A second reflection surface, and a third reflection surface mainly provided outside the optical path from the light source to the first reflection surface and having the light source as a first focal point and the light guide path as a second focal point. An automotive headlamp, wherein the first reflection surface is connected so that at least two surfaces having different focal lengths form a parallel wall substantially parallel to an irradiation direction, and the light guide path is formed on the parallel wall. And the third reflection surface is formed on a top plate of the first reflection surface. Together, the front part and the first half of the third reflection surface are integrally formed as an adapter part from the parallel wall of the first reflection surface, and the remaining part of the first reflection surface and the second reflection surface. A headlight for an automobile, wherein the remaining part of the third reflecting surface is integrally formed as a main body, and the adapter and the main body are joined to each other. Thus, the number of parts can be reduced to solve the problem.

Therefore, the present invention and Japanese Patent Application No. 10-197 are disclosed.
According to the configuration of No. 340, light reaching the top plate portion 31a, which has not been used in the past, is collected by the third reflection surface 33 and directed to the irradiation direction by the second reflection surface 32.
This enables a brighter headlight to be realized even with light sources of the same standard.

In particular, in a recent headlamp in which the height in the vertical direction is set to be narrow, the ratio of the amount of light from the light source 2 which has reached the top plate 31a and has been disabled has increased. The effect of recovering the light from the light source 2 reaching the top plate portion 31a is remarkable. If this characteristic is positively utilized, the headlight of a small height, which is impossible in the configuration of the related art, is not possible. This can be realized without reducing the amount of light.

The longer focal length side is disposed on the adapter portion 3A as the first surface front half portion 31A. However, in the case where the same position is the focal point on the parabolic reflecting surface, the further toward the front, the greater the distance. In addition, there is a difference in the amount of spread between the two reflecting surfaces, and when connecting the two reflecting surfaces at the same distance from the central axis Z, a step in the front-rear direction occurs.

As described above, according to the present invention, the first reflecting surface is formed by connecting at least two surfaces having different focal lengths so as to form a parallel wall parallel to the irradiation direction. Is formed on the parallel wall, the third reflection surface is formed on the top plate portion of the first reflection surface, and the front portion and the first half of the third reflection surface from the parallel wall of the first reflection surface. Are formed integrally as an adapter portion, the remaining portion of the first reflecting surface, the second reflecting surface, and the remaining portion of the third reflecting surface are integrally formed as a main body portion, and the adapter portion and the main body portion are joined. First of all, by adopting an automotive headlamp that has a configuration that consists of, this type of automotive headlamp with improved efficiency can be formed with the same number of parts as the conventional one. Thus, an extremely excellent effect in improving the productivity can be obtained.
