Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably announce a shutting-up state of a passenger in a car by judging that it is shutting-up of the passenger in the car when the car stops in a door closed state and detection by a passenger detecting means continues for a prescribed time or more, and announcing the fact of being shut up in one landing elevator hall according to the judgment. SOLUTION: When a power failure detecting contact point 1 does not operate, whether or not a person gets into a car is detected by a car inside load detecting device 5, and judges whether or not an elevator is stopped in an elevator stopping state in a door closed state, that is, on condition that a car door closing detecting contact point 3 and a landing elevator hall side door closing detecting contact point 4 are respectively operated. According to the judgment, a stopping signal 6 of the elevator operates an abnormality announcing device 9 when establishing either condition when the elevator stops up to time optionally set by a timer 7 to announce where to make contact as being shut up in one landing elevator hall among respective story landing elevator halls on shutting-up of the passager in the car.

[0003] On the other hand, in recent years, since elevators have spread to small-sized houses, infants and elderly people may enter the elevator car by themselves. In the case of infants, button operation on the operation panel in the car is required. If the elderly cannot fall in the car for some reason, the operation panel cannot be operated, and there is a high possibility that the elderly will be trapped in the car for a long time.

FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram of an abnormality notification device for an elevator. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a power failure detection contact, and 2 denotes a failure detection circuit. This circuit detects a failure signal taken into a microcomputer, an operation of a safety device, and the like.
Reference numeral 5 denotes an in-car load detecting device which detects a load in the car by providing a weighing device (differential transformer or the like) attached under the car or a second load detecting device. This is to determine whether a person is in the car. Reference numeral 6 denotes an elevator stop signal, which determines a stop state based on a torque command, a pulse signal of a rotary encoder, and the like. Reference numeral 9 denotes an abnormality notification device having a battery function, and when the power failure detection contact 1 operates, it operates even at the time of power failure using the function. A reset circuit 10 resets the operation of the abnormality notification device. Reference numeral 3 denotes a car door-close detection contact, and reference numeral 4 denotes a landing-side door-close detection contact, which detects that the elevator and the door of the hall have been closed with the contacts 3 and 4 in the on state. Any of the cases where the elevator is stopped until the time set arbitrarily by the timer 7 from the input of the failure detection circuit 2 or the elevator stop signal 6 under the conditions described above and with the contact point of the in-car load detection device 5 turned on. When such a condition is established, it is announced that the confinement of passengers in the car is confined to at least one of the landings on each floor and a contact address. When the power failure detection contact 1 operates, the abnormality notification device 9 is operated by the battery device 8.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, when the power failure detection contact 1 is operated at step S1, the abnormality notification device 9 is operated by the battery device 8 to confine passengers in the car. Announces that you are confined to at least one of the landings on each floor, and announces the contact information (for example, "Elevator power outage.
As there is a possibility that people are trapped in the elevator, please contact the maintenance company as soon as possible. The phone number of the maintenance company is 03-***
* − ******** ”). If the power failure detection contact 1 does not operate, the process proceeds to step S2.
The operation of the in-car load detection device 5 detects whether or not a person has entered the car. Here, when the in-car load detection device 5 is operated, the elevator is stopped in the door-closed state, that is, the car door-close detection contact 3 and the landing-side door-close detection contact 4 are operated in step S3, respectively. It is determined whether or not the elevator is stopped under the condition, and if NO, the process is repeated until the above condition is satisfied. If the condition is satisfied, in step S4, when any of the conditions when the elevator stop signal 6 is arbitrarily set by the timer 7 to stop the elevator is established, the abnormality notification device 9 is operated in step S5 ( For example, "A person is trapped in the elevator. Please contact Hitachi Building Systems or the fire department immediately. The phone number of Hitachi Building Systems is 03-****-*****. . "). In step S7, after the customer is rescued, the reset circuit 10 is operated to stop the operation of the abnormality notification device 9.
