Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolator for an audio device by which propagation of speaker vibration to a cabinet can be prevented. SOLUTION: The vibration isolator for an audio device is provided with a vibration isolator main body 13 which can be held by its elastic force between a cabinet 3 and a speaker. Corrugated patterns 20, 21 are formed on at least one of the surfaces of the vibration isolator main body 13 which are in contact with the cabinet 3 and the speaker and the hardness of the vibration isolator main body 13 is selected to be 25 deg. (JISK-6235) or below.

2. Description of the Related Art A television receiver has a built-in speaker. Such a speaker is mounted on a cabinet through a vibration isolator made of a rubber material so that vibrations due to sound waves are not transmitted to the cabinet and built-in components. ing.
In particular, recent television receivers tend to place importance on the acoustic effect, and therefore are generally devised so that a large output sound pressure can be obtained.

In addition, since the vibration isolator is made of a material having relatively high hardness, the vibration on the speaker side is not reliably absorbed and transmitted to the cabinet. Vibration on the speaker side causes chattering of the cathode ray tube, which has the disadvantage of reducing image accuracy. In particular, the above-mentioned problem becomes remarkable in a television receiver which emphasizes sound as described above, since the sound pressure output is large.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the feature of the present invention is that a protective material having an elastic force so as to be interposed between the cabinet 3 side and the speaker 9 side. An anti-vibration body for an audio device including the vibration body main body 13, on the contact surface of the vibration prevention body main body 13 with at least one of the cabinet 3 side and the speaker 9 side, uneven portions 20 and 21 are formed. In addition, the hardness of the vibration isolator main body 13 is not more than 25 ° (JISK-6253). Note that the acoustic device refers to an electric device including a speaker. The cabinet 3 side is the fixed side.

Then, the vibration isolator 12 comes into contact with the cabinet 3 and / or the speaker 9 via the concave and convex portions 20 and 21, and the contact area between the vibration isolator 12 and the cabinet 3 and the speaker 9 is reduced. Become smaller. Moreover, since the vibration isolator 12 is made of a soft material, the speaker 9
The vibration on the side becomes difficult to be transmitted to the vibration isolator 12, and even if the vibration is transmitted to the vibration isolator 12, the vibration isolator 12 reliably absorbs the vibration.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, and has a feature that the vibration isolator having an elastic force so as to be interposed between the cabinet 3 side and the speaker 9 side. A vibration isolator for an audio device including a body 13, wherein the vibration isolator body 13 includes a small-diameter portion 16 and a small-diameter portion 16.
A pair of large-diameter flange portions 17a provided at both ends of
17b, and the vibration isolator body 13 has a full length
Through holes 13a, the vibration isolator body
13 and the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter portion 16
0,21 are respectively formed, moreover, isolator body 13
Has a hardness of 25 ° (JISK-6253) or less. Note that the acoustic device refers to an electric device including a speaker. The cabinet 3 side is the fixed side.
