本発明は、スピーカの振動をブラウン管に伝わることを防止する遮断手段を施したテレビキャビネット内へのスピーカの取付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
テレビキャビネット内にスピーカを組み込むと、スピーカの振動に起因してブラウン管のスピーカ側端部の画像が走査線方向に微妙に揺れる様な現象が生じることが知られている。

画面が湾曲して膨らんだ従来のブラウン管ではこの現象は、余程意識して画面を見なければ分からない程度であった。しかし、画面が湾曲していないフラット型テレビでは、許容の範囲であるがこの現象が顕著であることも分かっている。

本発明は、スピーカの振動をブラウン管に伝わることを防止して上記問題を解決できる、テレビキャビネット内へのスピーカの取付け構造を明らかにするものである。

【課題を解決する手段】
本発明は、テレビキャビネット ( 1 ) の内面とスピーカ ( 3 ) の開口側端面との間に、該開口側端面の全周に亘って弾性部材 ( 4 ) を介在させると共に、スピーカ ( 3 ) 後部と取付け部材 ( 5 ) との間に弾性部材 ( 6 ) を介在させて、取付け部材 ( 5 ) をテレビキャビネット ( 1 ) 内面に固定するテレビのスピーカ取付け構造において、前記取付け部材 ( 5 ) は、スピーカ嵌め部 (51) と取付けアーム (52)(52) を有し、スピーカ嵌め部 (51) に、スピーカ ( 3 ) のフレーム (31) 、又はコイルを包囲する筒状鉄心 (32) を、スピーカ嵌め部 (51) との間に弾性部材 ( 6 ) を介在させて嵌め込み、ブラウン管 ( 2 ) の外周に突設した固定用突片 (22)(22) に取付けアーム (52) の先端を重ね、或いは取付けアーム (52) を直接にテレビキャビネット ( 1 ) 内面に当てて、スピーカ ( 3 ) 開口側の弾性部材 ( 4 ) が少し圧縮変形する様に、ネジ止め固定されている。

【作用及び効果】
スピーカ(3)は、テレビキャビネット(1)内面と取付け部材(5)とによって支持され、テレビキャビネット(1)に対しても取付け部材(5)に対しても、弾性部材(4)(6)によって、スピーカ(3)の振動が伝わることを防止できるため、ブラウン管(2)に対しても振動の影響を与えない。
従って、スピーカ ( 3 ) の振動が画面に悪影響を及ぼすことを防止できる。

図1は、テレビキャビネット(1)へのブラウン管(2)及びスピーカ(3)の取付け状態を斜め後方から見た状態を示している。

テレビキャビネット(1)には、ブラウン管(2)よりも少し小さい開口(10)が設けられ、該開口(10)の四隅近傍に取付けボス(13)が後方に突設されている。
又、上記開口(10)の左右両側に、スピーカ取付け用の縦長矩形の周壁(14)が後方に突設され、周壁(14)内に、スリット状、丸孔状或いは角孔状のスピーカ孔(12)(12)がキャビネットの表裏に貫通して開設されている。

公知の如く、ブラウン管 ( 2 ) は外周に金属バンド(21)が巻き付けて固定され、該バンド(21)に前記四隅の取付けボス(13)に対応して固定用突片(22)が外向きに突設されている。

実施例のスピーカ(3)は、縦長楕円状のダイナミックスピーカであって、コーン(33)の開口側にてフレーム(31)の端面に断面矩形の棒状弾性部材(4)が周設されている。
