Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing panel member lightweight and excellent in strength and rigidity and its manufacturing method and provide a light shielding panel for an automobile using the reinforcing panel member and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A steel or aluminum plate is provided with a metallic wire 11 serving as a reinforcing member, and the wire is stuck to one face or both faces of the steel or aluminum plate. The steel or aluminum plate is two- dimensionally or three-dimensionally bent. This reinforcing panel member with the metallic wire stuck, as the reinforcing member, to one face of both faces of a plate of a thin-walled inner panel 10 formed of the steel or aluminum plate formed with almost the same two-dimensional or three-dimensional curved face as an automobile roof part and installed to be freely pulled out and enclosed holding a pull-out knob hole 12 formed at the center part of the front end face, by a rail fitted into a plate storage part provided at the roof part of an automobile body, is ideal as a light shielding panel for an automobile.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, reinforcing panel materials suitable for use in light-shielding panels, hoods, doors, etc. of automobiles include:
It was made of resin or a metal material such as aluminum or iron. As shown in FIG. 1, a resin-made one is provided with a thick plate 2 and a thin rib 3 on a thin plate 1 and formed into a shape ensuring stability and rigidity by an injection method. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the metal reinforcing panel material is formed by bonding an outer panel 5 to a thin inner panel 4 which is bent into a two-dimensional curved surface or a three-dimensional curved surface by a press or a roll with an adhesive. Had been molded. However, a resin-made reinforcing panel material has insufficient rigidity as compared with a metal-made reinforcing panel material, and has a problem in recyclability. In addition, the metal reinforcing panel material requires that the outer panel 5 and the inner panel 4 be separately formed by pressing or the like, which raises the problem of increased costs from dies, equipment, and the like, resulting in increased weight. Had.

The main point of the reinforcing panel member according to the present invention is that in a reinforcing panel member in which a reinforcing member is provided on a steel or aluminum plate, the reinforcing member is made of a metal wire. Is attached to one or both surfaces of the steel or aluminum plate, and the above problem is solved by a reinforcing panel material. The steel or aluminum plate used for this can be two- or three-dimensionally bent. Further, the reinforcing panel material is formed to have a two-dimensional curved surface or a three-dimensional curved surface that is substantially the same as the automobile ceiling portion, and a rail that fits into a plate storage portion provided on the automobile main body ceiling has a front end face center. The metal wire as a reinforcing member was adhered to one or both sides of a thin inner panel made of a steel or aluminum plate which is installed so as to be able to be pulled out and stored with a pullout knob hole formed in the plate. Those are suitable as light-shielding panels for automobiles. In this case, the wire may be attached to the convex surface of the thin inner panel, and a cloth may be attached to the wire of the thin inner panel to which the wire is attached. Other details of the present invention will become apparent in the following description.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings showing embodiments of the present invention. First, FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a case where the reinforcing panel of the present invention is formed as a light shielding panel for an automobile. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 10 denotes a thin inner panel. This inner panel 10 is, for example, 0.
A3003-H2 for 3 to 0.4mm thick aluminum alloy
Use about 0.5mm thick 4 plates. The panel shown in FIG. 4 is formed to have a two-dimensional curved surface or a three-dimensional curved surface that is substantially the same as the automobile ceiling. On the two-dimensional or three-dimensional bending convex surface of the inner panel 10, a metal wire 11 is attached. The metal wire 11 is attached so that it can be reinforced over the entire convex surface of the inner panel 10, and especially the knob hole which is easily subjected to large external force
It is stuck tightly to 12 and the rail. Wire 11
May be any wire as long as it is a metal wire having strength and rigidity. For example, when using a steel wire, a piano wire or the like having a diameter of about 0.5 to 2.0 mm, and when using an aluminum wire, High intensity lines such as A2024BD and A2024W are preferred. Needless to say, other known high-strength wires can be used. After bending, these metal wires 11 are preferably subjected to aging and center distribution. Further, metal wires may be attached to both sides of the reinforcing panel. Further, two or more metal wires may be used and attached.

[0007] The thin inner panel 10 is subjected to various bending processes in accordance with the mode of use. When the reinforcing panel material is used as an automobile light-shielding panel, it is bent into a shape having a two-dimensional or three-dimensional curved surface that is substantially the same as the automobile ceiling. These bending processes may be performed by normal pressing, but by performing bending using a twin roll consisting of a metal roll and a resin roll, an inner panel having an extremely large polar ratio (for example, R5000 to R10000) can be obtained without springback. Can be The two-dimensional or three-dimensional bending may be performed before attaching the metal wire 11 on the surface of the inner panel 10, or may be performed on the inner panel 10 after attaching the metal wire 11.

[0008] Metal wire on the surface of the inner panel 10
A known adhesive can be used to attach 11. The application is performed by applying an adhesive on the surface of the inner panel 10 or pasting an adhesive application tape on the surface of the inner panel 10 and pressing the wire 11 thereon. Preferably, an adhesive is applied to and coated on the metal wire 11 in advance, and this is bonded to the surface of the inner panel 10 by a heat press. Metal wire 11 on the inner panel 10 surface with the metal wire 11 attached
A cloth may be stuck on top. This cloth sticking is not only on the inner panel 10 surface including 11 parts of metal wire,
It may be attached over the entire surface of the inner panel 10. In addition, it is preferable that the cloth is attached to the back side of the inner panel 10, for example, in the case of a light shielding panel for an automobile, to be attached to the entire inner surface of the vehicle. The metal wire 11
May be performed simultaneously with the cloth.

According to the present invention as described above, the strength and rigidity are superior to the conventional resin-reinforced panel material, and the weight is reduced as compared with the conventional panel material using the inner panel and the outer panel. Can be achieved, the manufacturing method is extremely simple, and the manufacturing cost can be kept low. In addition, since the strength and rigidity depend on the strength and arrangement of the metal wires, it is possible to easily cope with a portion where strength and rigidity are required by appropriately disposing the metal wires relatively densely. .
