側壁の開口部より木の根のように張り出す横揺らぎせす
゛又載荷重に強く引き抜きに強い根張り防災杭の打設が
終ると左右の杭のC型鋼の中にガード板を上から差し入
れていく囲い型構造にガード板を入れ囲いをしていくが
増水等で高さが必要な場合多段継手柱を根張り防災杭の
空洞部に差し込みガード板を組み入れていくそしてガー
ド板で組立た囲いの中に土のうを入れてより頑丈な防災
杭を設施する。
