向に延びる、前記攪拌駆動軸の軸廻りを固定した上下方
向に回動自在に枢着した支持腕を設け、前記支持腕の先
端部には前記支持腕の軸線方向に対し前記被攪拌物を前
記加熱釜の外周方向に移動させるように所定角度傾斜さ
せた少なくとも1つの攪拌羽根を装着し、前記攪拌駆動
軸には前記攪拌羽根の下端部を常時前記加熱釜内面に摺
接させる方向に付勢する付勢手段を配設したことを特徴
とする攪拌機。

し所定角度傾けた状態でかつ前記攪拌羽根の上縁が回転
方向に対し後退した位置となるように配設したことを特
徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌機。
