Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at beginning of winding a film by controlling to drive a take-over machine and a winding machine by the known quantities peculiar to the device and a time computed so as to equalize the sagging quantity of a film to the winding quantity. SOLUTION: The known quantities peculiar to the device are the letting-out speed V1 of a tenter 13, a time t1 until being wound on a winding machine 15, a time tc in which a take-over machine 14 moves the beginning end of a film up to the winding machine 15 at a speed Vc in the range of this time t1, a time t2 in which the winding machine 15 and the take-over machine 14 are accelerated from the stop state to a speed kV (k is a mutiplier) since the beginning end is wound on the winding machine 15, and a time t4 in which the winding machine 15 and the take-over machine 14 are decelerated to the same speed V1 as that of the tenter 13. A time t3 maintaining the speed kV1 is an unknown quantity, and it is obtained as a sagging quantity Ft=winding length Fw from formulas I, II. By the known quantities peculiar to the device and the t3, a control device 16 controls to drive drive motors 14a, 15a to be able to begin winding of the beginning end of the film by the winding machine 15.

[0003] In the operation of such a plastic film manufacturing apparatus, the starting end of the film coming out of the tenter is guided manually to the take-up machine by the operator while the belt-shaped film is continuously fed by the operation of the tenter, and furthermore, the winding is performed. Wrap around the machine. Thereafter, while visually observing the amount of film slack at the tenter exit side by the operator, the winding speed of the winder is manually controlled so that the slack is eliminated, and thus the winding speed of the winder is made equal to the speed of the tenter. To complete the winding start operation.

However, the prior art has the following problems. That is, when the film fed from the tenter is wound on a winder as described above,
The width of the film is about 6 to 8m, the minimum speed of the tenter operation is as high as about 120m / min, and the operating speed of the winder until the amount of film slack in the section from the tenter to the take-up machine disappears. While the speed must be maintained at or above the speed of the tenter, the speed must be the same as the speed of the tenter at the moment when the amount of slack disappears and thereafter, and the film is made of a fragile material with a thickness of 10 to 25 μm. Therefore, a high degree of skill and cooperation by a plurality of operators is required.

After calculating the slack amount of the film unwound from the tenter, the winding speed of the winding machine and the winding speed of the take-up machine can be automatically controlled so that the slack amount is eliminated. Therefore, it is possible to quickly and reliably start winding the film without taking a long time to remove the sag of the film and without causing the film to break.

1. A film winding method in which a starter of a film unwound from a tenter is taken up by a take-up machine, and a start-up end of the film taken up by the take-up machine is started to be taken up by a winder. t , the time from cutting the film unwound from the tenter to form the starting end thereof and passing the starting end of the film through the take-up machine and winding the film on the winding machine is t 1 , and within the range of this time t 1 the time puller moves beginning of the film at a speed V c to the winder and t c, the speed of the winder from the wound to the starting end winder of the film and take-up machine stopped kV t ( k is the time induced to accelerated up to a constant) t 2, then the time winder and take-up device maintains the speed kV t t 3, then winding machine and take-up device until the same speed V t and tenter When the time is caused to decelerate and t 4 The V t, V c, k, determined t 1, t c, the t 2, t 4 as a known quantity, the film after forming the starting end to cut fed from the tenter, the winding of the winder the slack amount F t of tenter is feeding the film to the take-up speed of the speed and puller are set to the same speed V t and the tenter is calculated by the following equation (1), the starting end to cut the film fed from the tenter after forming, following the winding length F w of the film winder wound up take-up speed of the take-up speed and puller of the winding machine is set to the same velocity V t and tenter (2 ) was calculated by the equation, F t = F w a becomes t 3 calculated, the known amount V t, V c,
A film winding method characterized by controlling the drive of a winding machine and a winding machine based on k, t 1 , t 2 , t 4 and the calculated amount t 3 . F t = V t (t 1 + t 2 + t 3 + t 4) ... (1) F w = V c t c + kV t t 2/2 + kV t t 3 + (kV t + V t) t 4/2 ... (2 )
