Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve film strength to easily unseal an adhesive tape by blending an olefin based resin such as a high density polyethylene into an individually packaging film. SOLUTION: An unsealing part is fixed via an adhesive tape 3 to an individually packaging film with an internal face subjected to peeling treatment for individually packaging an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin and both sides are heat-sealed to provide an individual package for the absorbent article. In this case, an olefin based resin is blended into the individually packaging film 1 to improve nerve of the film. The olefin based resin to be blended may be selected among a high density polyethylene, a low density polyethylene and a linear low density polyethylene.

2. Description of the Related Art It is well known that individual absorbent packages such as sanitary articles are individually packaged in a thin and flexible individual wrapping film made of a resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The individually wrapped film has its opening portion fixed with an adhesive tape. Since the individually wrapped film is also used as a storage bag when discarding used sanitary products and the like, if the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is not appropriate, the pressure-sensitive adhesive may transfer to the film side when opened (see FIG. 6). State), the individual wrapping film is broken, and fragments of the film adhere to the adhesive tape (the state of FIG. 7) or are opened carelessly. In order to solve this problem, measures have been taken such as changing the adhesive of the adhesive tape or changing the surface properties of the film by a method such as printing.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention employs an opening portion formed on an individual film having an inner surface on which an absorbent article such as a sanitary article is individually packaged and subjected to a release treatment. In an individual package of an absorbent article fixed with an adhesive tape and heat-sealed on both sides, an olefin-based resin is blended into the individually packaged film to enhance the stiffness of the film.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, (1)
Is an individually wrapped film according to the present invention, which is made of a thin and flexible resin film and has a thickness of about 10 to 40 μm. Examples of such a resin film include polyethylene, polypropylene, and a composite film of polyethylene and polypropylene. The inner surface of the resin film (1) is subjected to a release treatment by silicon coating.
The absorbent article (2) to be stored is a sanitary napkin, vaginal sheet, incontinence pad or the like. As shown in FIG. 3, an absorbent article (2) is placed on a film (1) having a desired width and length, folded in three together, heat-sealed on both sides, and the polymerized opening is adhesive tape ( Then, the absorbent articles are individually packaged as shown in FIG. In use, the adhesive tape (3) is peeled off and the heat seals on both sides are broken and opened. The opened state is the same state as FIG.

According to the present invention, an olefin-based resin is blended into a resin film (1) for individually packaging such absorbent articles, thereby increasing the stiffness (strength) of the film and removing the adhesive tape. It is characterized in that it can be easily performed to prevent the transfer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and that the film can be prevented from being broken. The olefin resin to be compounded is
High density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)
Etc. The blending amount of HDPE is 10 to 70%, preferably 25 to 60%, and the blending amounts of LDPE and LLDPE are the same as those of HDPE. If the compounding amount is less than 10%, the film is soft and stiff, and there is no sense of security when held in the hand, resulting in cheapness. Further, troubles such as extension of the film during operation may occur. If the compounding amount exceeds 70%, the film becomes hard and the crispness becomes strong, so that the film is hard when held in hand and has a crisp sound, which is annoying when the napkin is mounted. In operation, when the both sides are heat-sealed (4) in order to form an individual package as shown in FIG. 4, it is necessary to increase the set temperature because the melting point is high.

As shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive tape (3) is
The peeling force at the time of peeling by 0 ° peel was 544 gf when the blending amount of HDPE was 25%, 387 gf when the blending amount was 45%,
When it was 50, it was 278 gf, and when it was 55%, it was 124 gf. As the blending amount increased, the peeling force decreased, and smooth opening was possible.
