【請求項1】
車輌塗装面の損傷を修理する方法であって、前記損傷が凹みおよび/または塗膜の欠損であり、下記工程a)〜c)を含むことを特徴とする修理方法:
a)必要に応じて前処理が施された損傷部に紫外線重合性組成物からなるパテ原料を埋め込み前記原料を紫外線硬化させることにより前記損傷部をパテで充填する工程、
b)a)工程後の少なくともパテ表出面を含む塗装面に紫外線重合性組成物からなりスプレー塗布が可能な粘度のプライマサーフェサ原料を均一にスプレー塗布し、得られた原料塗膜を紫外線硬化させてプライマサーフェサ層を形成させる工程、
c)b)で得られたプライマサーフェサ層上に上塗り塗装を施す工程。
【請求項2】
b)工程におけるスプレー塗布が、(1)プライマサーフェサ原料を連続してスプレーしながら、塗布しようとする範囲内でスプレー装置を移動させることで同一箇所に複数回前記原料のスプレー塗布を施し、(2)スプレー塗布された原料から強制乾燥により溶剤を除去し、さらに、(1)、(2)の操作を交互に複数回繰り返すことにより行われる請求項1記載の修理方法。
【請求項3】
スプレー量が140〜220ml/minであり、スプレー装置の移動速度が75〜90cm/秒であり、スプレー装置のスプレー口から塗布面までの距離が10〜20cmである請求項2記載の修理方法。
【請求項4】
プライマサーフェサ原料が、原料全量に対して紫外線重合性プレポリマーを6〜22重量%、紫外線重合性モノマーを3〜15重量%、紫外線重合開始剤を1〜11重量%、顔料を26〜43重量%、溶剤を50〜64重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の修理方法。
【請求項5】
プライマサーフェサ層の厚さが120〜300μmである請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の修理方法。
【請求項6】
パテ原料が、原料全量に対して紫外線重合性プレポリマーを20〜30重量%、紫外線重合性モノマーを15〜30重量%、紫外線重合開始剤を1〜10重量%、顔料を40〜60重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の修理方法。
