Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a water hammer phenomenon by continuously arranging an air chamber on a side part of a main body composed of a pressure resistance and heat resistance resin or the like through an opening, arranging a movable pressure wall on the opening through a spring, and balancing water pressure in a main body, atmospheric pressure in the air chamber, and energizing force of the spring. SOLUTION: An air chamber 6 is continuously arranged on a side part of a main body 1 composed of pressure resistance and heat resistance resin on the like through an opening, and a movable pressure wall 2 is arranged on the opening through a spring 3. an opening end part of the air chamber 6 is sealed by a cap 4, and an O-ring 7 is interposed in a sliding contact part of the movable pressure wall 2. In the case where water pressure in a pipe is increased when hot water which flows the pipe of the main body 1 is rapidly stopped, the movable pressure wall 2 is push-pressed and moved to the air chamber 6 side in association with the water pressure against energizing force of the spring 3 and an atmospheric pressure in the air chamber 6, and the rise of the water pressure is suppressed. It is thus possible to surely prevent a water hammer phenomenon generated when the water pressure is rapidly raised, and it is also possible to prevent breakage of each part.

A conventional water hammer prevention pipe protects an inner pipe having low pressure resistance with air and a metal outer pipe, and reduces a pressure difference by expansion and contraction of the inner pipe. Soft One uses resin bellows and sealed nitrogen gas to reduce changes in water pressure by expanding and contracting the resin bellows.

The function of the present invention is to instantaneously increase the water pressure when the flow is suddenly stopped while hot water flows at normal pressure. At that time, the movable pressure wall 2 attached to the side surface of the main body 1 is pushed. The air in the air chamber is compressed. The pressure can be absorbed by this movement, and a constant hydraulic pressure can be maintained by the hydraulic pressure and the pressing pressure of the compressed air and the spring even when the hydraulic pressure is normally slightly changed.

As a practical use of the present invention, it can be easily installed at any place of the indoor hot water supply pipe and the difference in water pressure depending on the area can be adjusted by taking in and out the cap. In the unlikely event of repair or water leakage, the cap can be easily removed by removing the cap. Next, the configuration of the embodiment shown in the attached drawings will be described. FIG. 1 is a sectional view parallel to the water flow of the hydraulic ballast of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a sectional view in a direction perpendicular to the water flow. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view in a direction perpendicular to the water flow when the water pressure increases. FIG. 4 is an external view of the hydraulic stabilizer. FIG.
FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a movable pressure wall. In FIG. 1, when the hot and cold water flowing in the pipe of the main body 1 is suddenly stopped, the water pressure in the pipe increases. This water pressure is applied to the movable pressure wall on the side, and moves to the air chamber. FIG. 3 shows the state at this time. This movement returns the water pressure in the pipe to normal pressure. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the movable pressure wall. This material is also made of the same ABS resin as the main body, but two O-rings made of hard rubber are attached because the piston movement is repeated.

The present invention has the following effects because it has been configured as described above. First, eliminate the water hammer. Secondly, since abnormal water pressure is not applied to the system piping, there is no burden on each device and piping, and they are protected.
Third, it can be easily installed on the ground or underground regardless of whether it is pre-installed or post-installed. Fourth, since the spring pressure can be changed, it can be used anywhere.
