Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the sense of equilibrium by fitting a balance ball to the lower side of a disc made of hard plastic or aluminum according to the size of the foot of each parson. SOLUTION: The balance ball 3 is fixed to the lower side of a board main body 2 formed as a disc made of hard plastic or aluminum according to the size of a foot of each parson by a fixing screw 4. An anti-slipping tool 1 is provided on the upper surface of the board main body 2 to form a balance skater. The tool is used to apply balanced force, that is, stimulation to each finger part of the foot, thereby stimulating the central nervous system and reinforce the sense of equilibrium. A sportsman can correct undalance and play in a well-balanced form. On riding on the balance skater, the body declines to the ill-balanced side, so that the unbalanced part of the body can be known.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention is subject to the fact that most of the body (human body) stands except for sleeping. Seen from the whole body, standing with only two legs, walking, running, and other tasks are all 2
Only the legs of the book are supportive, too disproportionate,
Too harsh for two legs. The above conditions produce extreme strength and weakness in each part of the two legs over a long period of time, which causes imbalance and develops body strain, which causes ankle pain, knee pain, back pain, etc. Is a factor that causes stiff shoulders. In the same way,
The sense of equilibrium becomes dull as we get older, and it is said that the world is car society, and the need for walking becomes less and less, and it causes deterioration of the sense of balance. To enhance the sense of balance, an average force (stimulation) is applied to each toe of the foot, and the central nerve (brain) is stimulated to strengthen the sense of balance. For athletes, this imbalance is a deadly injury. That is, the imbalance difference appears in each form in the professional competition, and the naji quality is lost. These imbalance corrections can be strengthened, corrected, and played in a well-balanced and professional form of training by training the legs to exert an average force, especially on the fingers. There are people with O-legs and X-legs, and people with extremely bad walking and running postures.
When you get on this balancer, it will always collapse in the unbalanced (weak) direction, so you can see the unbalanced part (weak) of confidence first.
