However, the use of the above luminous body or the like leads to an increase in cost because the luminous body itself is expensive and a mechanism for supporting the luminous body is separately required. In particular, since the luminous body such as thorium has a short life, the luminous body needs to be frequently replaced, and the usability deteriorates. Also, since the irradiation by the light emitter is partial,
Only a part becomes bright, and it does not reach to make the whole inside of the grill cabinet bright. Therefore, in consideration of such costs, ease of use, lighting effects, and the like, it is conceivable to use the burner plate itself for lighting, but in normal combustion, although the surface is glowing to some extent, the inside of the grill chamber can be sufficiently illuminated. Brightness cannot be obtained. Therefore, it is possible to make the entire surface of the burner plate glow red by adjusting the gas input and air volume. However, in this case, the temperature of the entire burner plate rises too much and the flame backs (wraps around the back side of the burner plate). Would.

In view of the above, the first aspect of the present invention is to provide an illuminating means which is excellent in terms of cost, ease of use, and illumination effect by utilizing a burner plate itself without using a light-emitting body or the like, and to provide an appropriate lighting means which does not cause flame back. It is an object of the present invention to provide a gas grill that can be configured in a state.

In the gas grill 1 configured as described above, the fuel gas mixed with the primary air required for combustion is supplied to the burner main body 12 from the gas supply port 17 provided in the burner main body 12 with the ignition operation. Flame hole 1 of burner plate 14
., And are ignited by an ignition electrode (not shown) arranged near the burner plate 14, and burn as a short flame on the surface of the burner plate 14. Note that the combustion gas is discharged to the outside through an exhaust port 18 at the rear of the grill storage 2. During the combustion, on the surface of the burner plate 14, each of the projections 16, 16,.
・ It is heated by the flame from it and glows red at a temperature of 850 ° C or more. Therefore, the inside of the grill storage 2 is illuminated by the red light of the red-heated projections 16, 16,. As described above, according to the above embodiment, only the surface of the burner plate 14 can be reliably and effectively glowed to 850 ° C. or higher by using the protrusions 16 and 16 formed on the burner plate 14, so that it is used for lighting. It is possible to obtain a sufficient lighting effect with a simple configuration and good usability without using a separate luminous body or adjusting the gas input or the amount of air.
Further, since the temperature does not rise to the back surface of the burner plate 14, no flame back occurs.

Incidentally, the projections 16 may be partially provided not at the entire surface of the burner plate 14 but at a place requiring illumination. Further, in the above embodiment, the shape of the projection may be appropriately changed such as a flat upper surface or a complete pyramid without a columnar portion. For example, as shown in FIG. A simple columnar projection 19 on the surface,
Even if 19... Are erected, red heat of 850 ° C. or more can be obtained by the flames from the surrounding flame holes 15. Also, in this case, as shown in FIG.
By providing 5, 15,..., Respectively, the heat capacity of each columnar projection 19 becomes small, and red light with high speed and high brightness can be obtained. In addition, the planar shape of the projection can be appropriately changed, such as an elliptical shape or another polygon, or the upper surface of the projection can be made spherical, or the like, but in order to reduce heat capacity, a flame hole is provided in the projection as in the above embodiment. Or it is effective to make the tip protrude. However, these projections need to have a height of 1.3 mm or more from the surface of the burner plate as in the previous embodiment in order to obtain red heat of 850 ° C. or more. The total area of the protrusions on the surface of the burner plate is 5% of the total area of the flame holes.
It is desirable to set it to 0% or less. This is for maintaining the durability of the burner plate and preventing the back of the flame. Further, the burner plate is not limited to the structure in which the burner plate is attached to the burner main body with a single plate, and the same effect can be obtained by forming the projections in the same manner as in the above embodiment even in a structure in which a plurality of divided burners are attached.

On the other hand, in the above embodiment, the projections and the flame holes are used as the glowing means. However, as another configuration for realizing the glowing means, the porosity of the burner plate may be set to 66% or more. That is, by setting the porosity, the heat capacity is reduced and the temperature rises quickly, and the thermal conductivity is lowered to increase the surface temperature by 8 without increasing the overall temperature.
It can be maintained at 50 ° C. or higher. Also in this case, the inside of the grill storage can be illuminated by the red heat of the burner plate, so there is no need to use a separate illuminator for illumination, or to adjust the gas input or air volume, and a simple configuration provides sufficient illumination. The effect can be obtained. Further, since the temperature does not rise to the back surface of the burner plate, the back of the flame can be prevented.

The burner plate may be provided with a projection,
Since the strength becomes brittle by increasing the porosity,
There is a possibility that the ceramic powder may be peeled off and fall into the food. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, a burner 20 composed of a burner main body 21 and a burner plate 22 having the same protrusion as the above-described embodiment standing up or having a porosity of 66% or more is placed in the pan 4.
If the ceramic powder is placed horizontally in the grill storage 2 in a manner sandwiching the ceramic powder, it is possible to prevent the ceramic powder from dropping into the food F. In particular, in this embodiment, the temperature of the back surfaces of the burner plates 22 and 22 is less likely to rise as compared with the case where the burner plates 22 are arranged above the grill storage 2, which is effective in preventing back of a flame.
