Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work of bonding a group of new tiles in layers on an existing wall surface. SOLUTION: A group of drill holes 7 is formed by drilling process whereby a part of an existing tiled wall surface 4 is locally drilled, and a net 9 is bonded to the existing tiled wall surface 4 via a layer of adhesion strengthening agent 8 and secured to a wall 1 by anchor members 10 having respective heads 10a fitted in the drill holes 7. An adhesive is applied to the net 9 and a group of new tiles 5 are bonded in layers on the net 9 via this adhesive layer 12 to construct a newly tiled wall surface 6.

2. Description of the Related Art At the time of repair work on a tiled wall surface, repair work is performed by a plying method (tile-on-tile method) in which an existing tile group is covered with a new tile group without removing the existing tile group. In the conventional tile overlapping method, as shown in FIG.
Is provided on the existing tiled wall surface 50 formed by being stuck in a line in the vertical and horizontal directions.
A net 55 fixed to the existing tiled wall 50 by an anchor bolt 53 driven into the base 59 at a predetermined pitch is attached to the base adjustment material 54, and is applied on the net 55. A new tiled wall surface 58 is formed by a group of new tiles 57 stacked on the existing tiled wall surface 50 by the laminated mortar 56.

In the above-described tile overlapping method, the anchor bolts 53 for fixing the net 55 penetrate the existing tile 51 and are driven into the foundation 59, and the bolt head of each anchor bolt 53 is provided. Since the anchor bolts 53 a are projected from the existing tiled wall surface 50 and the anchor bolts 53 are fixed to the base 59, when applying the mortar 56 to the existing tiled wall surface 50,
The application work is hindered by the protruding bolt head 53a, and there is a problem in that the work efficiency is reduced. In addition, since the application thickness of the attaching mortar 56 needs to be increased until the bolt head 53a is hidden, the use of the attaching mortar 56 There is a problem in that the construction amount from the existing tiled wall surface 50 to the new tiled wall surface 58 becomes large.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to simplify the work of repairing an existing wall surface and improve the construction state of a new wall surface.

According to the above-described embodiment, when fixing the net 9 to the existing tiled wall surface 4 in the renovation work of the existing tiled wall surface 4, a very small portion of the existing tiled wall surface 4 is formed by drilling. It is not necessary to completely remove the existing tile 3 just by scraping it off, so that the repair work on the existing tiled wall 4 can be simplified and streamlined, and the amount of waste in the repair work is greatly reduced. Can be done.

When the new tiled wall 6 is formed, the head 10a of each anchor member 10 does not protrude from the existing tiled wall 4 and is buried in each of the shaving holes 7 to form the net 9
Since the projecting portion can be eliminated by eliminating the projecting portion, the workability of laminating the new tiled wall surface 6 on the existing tiled wall surface 4 can be improved, and the construction work efficiency can be improved. At the same time, the construction thickness of the new group of tiles 5 can be reduced to a minimum to reduce the material costs used for the construction of the group of new tiles 5. In addition, the new wall material reduces the sliding load applied to the existing wall. Thus, the construction state of the newly installed tiled wall surface 6 can be stabilized.

According to the invention of claim 1, when the net is fixed to the existing wall surface in the repair work of the existing wall surface, only a very small portion of the existing wall surface is cut off by drilling, and the existing wall surface is entirely repaired. Since it is not necessary to hang it, it is possible to simplify and streamline the repair work of the existing wall surface, and to greatly reduce the amount of waste in the repair work.

Further, when creating a new wall surface, the head of each anchor member does not protrude from the existing wall surface and is buried in each shaved hole, thereby flattening the construction form of the net and eliminating the protruding portion protruding from the existing wall surface. As a result, it is possible to improve the work efficiency of laminating the new wall on the existing wall and improve the efficiency of construction work, and to reduce the construction thickness of the finished wall material to the minimum and finish the wall The cost of materials used for construction of the materials can be reduced, and the sliding load applied to the existing walls by the new wall materials can be reduced to stabilize the construction state of the new tiled walls.
