Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating soft onion in hydroponics and a cultivation method using the cultivation apparatus. [0002] Leek cultivation in conventional hydroponics is
Only the cultivation of green onions with unclear soft areas has been established. [0003] In hydroponic cultivation,
It is generally known that crops grow faster than ordinary soil cultivation, labor saving such as soil creation, effective use of farmland, and efficient cultivation can be achieved. The cultivation apparatus and cultivation method of soft leek in cultivation are not generally established. [0004] Conventional soft leek cultivation in soil cultivation is cultivated by a method using a light-shielding material such as soil or mulch.
A great deal of labor is required, such as installation of light-shielding materials, excavation at harvesting, and removal of light-shielding materials, and a wide management passage is required for that, and the number of cultivated plants per unit area is limited. [0005] Further, when a pest or disease occurs, the soft part is in close contact with the soil or the shading material, so that it is not easy to control and the damage is increased. Furthermore, in soft leek cultivation in conventional soil cultivation, it takes a very long time to grow due to factors such as weather and diseases and pests due to the manner of fertilizer in the soil. And the commercial value will decrease. [0007] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, existing hydroponic cultivation capable of cultivating leek is used as cultivation means by the cultivation apparatus of the present invention. A soft green onion cultivation apparatus is manufactured on the hydroponic cultivation bed according to the following procedure and materials. (A) On a cultivation bed, a frame is provided in the same size as the cultivation bed with a rod-shaped material such as a metal pipe, a tree, and a plastic, whose shape is unlikely to change. (B) Aside from the above, a light-shielding material such as a multi-film for agriculture, wood, cloth, and plastic having a high light-shielding rate and having a similar area with a hole formed in the same position as the planting hole of the planting panel on the cultivation bed, Fix and stretch so that the hole in the panel and the hole in the light-blocking material overlap. (C) A light-shielding wall portion made of a flexible agricultural multi-film, wood, cloth, plastic, or the like, which has a high light-shielding rate, is fixed and stretched downward on all sides. (D) The whole frame formed in the above process is set up and down always in parallel with the cultivation bed. Here, in order to raise and lower the whole frame, it is necessary to carry out ancillary work on the hydroponic cultivation facility, but the cultivation bed for normal hydroponic cultivation is installed on a stand so that the bed is raised from the ground. However, in order to raise and lower the above-mentioned apparatus, only a little processing is required on the gantry, so that the equipment cost can be made very low. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a soft-white cultivation apparatus of the present invention installed on an existing hydroponic bed, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view thereof, and FIGS. It is sectional drawing showing the situation at each time. FIG. 3 shows the soft-white cultivation apparatus of the present invention in close contact with a cultivation bed immediately after a green onion seedling is planted, and the stem is not shaded. After planting as shown in FIG. 3, the soft-white cultivation apparatus is raised upward by the length of the stem to prevent shading and to prevent the seedling from falling down. FIG. 4 is a diagram in which the soft-white cultivation apparatus is raised to the stem portion near the leaf sheath portion of the green onion because the stem portion of the green onion extends from the upper perforated light-shielding portion by a specified length. Since most of the light is shielded, softening of the stem is promoted. Here, when cultivating green onions having a longer softer part, the softer cultivation apparatus may be raised in accordance with the extension of the stem. FIG. 5 is a diagram for controlling when a pest is generated on the stem portion (soft white portion) of a green onion. The light-shielding walls provided on all sides and below the soft white cultivation apparatus are made of a flexible material. Therefore, the upper part can be easily rolled up and pulled up, so that the four sides can be opened and the soft white part can be easily controlled from the side. FIG. 6 shows harvesting the green onion cultivated as described above, wherein the soft-white cultivation apparatus which is rising upward is lowered and harvesting is performed. As described above, in hydroponics, by cultivating soft green onion using the apparatus of the present invention, shading, control and harvest can be performed very easily.
Compared to the soft green onion cultivation by conventional soil cultivation, significant labor saving and improvement of the yield can be achieved, and the cultivation of a marketable green onion free from soil contamination can be achieved. In addition, as explained above, existing hydroponic facilities are very,
The soft cultivation equipment can be installed economically.
