Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 基材をセットする下型(1) と、この下型
(1) の上方に対向設置されて下型(1) にセットされる基
材に表皮材を圧着する上型(2) と、前記下型(1) と上型
(2) 間にセットする表皮材の端縁を掴持して表皮材の張
設状態を緊緩調節とする表皮材セット機構(3) と、上型
(2) 側に組み込まれて表皮材の一部を基材表面の一部に
押圧・仮接着する出没自在なプラグ(4) と、前記下型
(1) にセットされる基材と表皮材セット機構(3) により
両型間にセットされる表皮材との間に出没できるように
下型(1) 側に組み込まれて前記プラグ(4) が表皮材の一
部を基材表面の一部に押圧・仮接着するとき表皮材の残
部が基材に接触することを防止する保護プレート(5) と
を備えていることを特徴とする基材表面へ表皮材を貼着

に、先ず、表皮材の張設状態を緩めてこの表皮材のうち
前記凹部に貼着される部分を除く外周部分の下面を保護
プレートにより支えて基材表面との接触を防ぎながら表
皮材の一部をプラグにより押圧して基材の凹部の最深部
に仮接着し、次いで、表皮材に引張力を作用させたうえ
前記保護プレートを後退させながら上型を下降させて両
型で表皮材を基材に貼着一体化することを特徴とする基
材表面へ表皮材を貼着する方法。
