L'invenzione concerne una macchina per il confezionamento ermetico di contenitori per alimenti particolarmente adatta per essere utilizzata nei negozi al dettaglio per confezionare in modo rapido ed igienico alimenti. E’ noto che nei banconi di gastronomia presenti nei supermercati o nei negozi di alimentari è presente una varietà di cibi già pronti all’uso che vengono venduti in porzioni più o meno grandi, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente. Secondo la tecnica nota la chiusura ermetica del contenitore è ottenuta con apposite macchine confezionatrici le quali fissano al contenitore stesso, tramite saldatura, un film di materiale termoplastico preventivamente disposto in corrispondenza dell'apertura del contenitore stesso. CLAIMS 1) Machine (1) for packaging food containers using thermoplastic films (9) comprising: - a frame (2) provided at the top with support means (3) which identify a substantially horizontal axis of rotation (4) for unwinding of a reel (5) of said film (9) and lowerly of at least one drawer (6) movable along a direction substantially transverse to said axis of rotation (4), having at least one housing (7) for said container (C); - gripping means (8) adapted to hold said film (9) in proximity to one of the sides (10) of the perimeter of said container (C) during the closing of said movable drawer (10); - guide means (11) of said film (9) interposed between said reel (5) and said drawer (6) able to arrange said film (9) in correspondence with said gripping means (8) when said drawer (6) It's open; - means for welding (12) of said film (9) to said container (C) arranged above said at least one housing (7); - at least one cutting unit (13) of said film (9) arranged downstream of said reel (5); characterized in that it comprises detecting means (15) of the position of said drawer (6) adapted to actuate by means of actuator means (14) said means for sealing said film (12), and said at least one cutting unit (13), when said drawer (6) is substantially closed.
