Abstract

Tappo del tipo atto ad essere utilizzato per tappare temporalmente bottiglie contenenti liquidi gassosi o gassificati, vantaggiosamente ma non necessariamente vini frizzanti quali spumante o champagne, detto tappo comprendendo un involucro esterno aperto inferiormente al cui interno è montato, scorrevole longitudinalmente, un elemento di appoggio e chiusura (14) presentante inferiormente mezzi di tenuta (15) che vanno ad appoggiarsi sulla bocca (12) della bottiglia, detto elemento di appoggio e chiusura (14) cooperando superiormente con mezzi elastici di spinta (16) solidali al detto involucro esterno, l'involucro esterno (13, 113) cooperando con una ghiera di bloccaggio (21, 121) presentante almeno una prima posizione di lavoro, in cui il tappo (10) è ancorato sulla bottiglia, ed una seconda posizione di riposo, in cui il tappo (10) è libero di essere sfilato dalla detta bottiglia, detta ghiera di bloccaggio (21, 121) cooperando con mezzi di ancoraggio a braccio (18, 118) deformabili elasticamente in senso radiale e riportanti terminalmente elementi ad unghia (19, 119), detti mezzi di ancoraggio a braccio (18, 118) essendo associati all'involucro esterno (13, 113).
