Una delle due fessure presenta un’ apertura sul lato corto del rettangolo con una lieve sporgenza per un totale di cm 0,15 (Fig. 3y), con una propria semicirconferenza di raggio cm 0,1. Il lato lungo del rettangolo aperto, rispetto a quello chiuso (Fig. 3v), misura una lunghezza di cm 1,45 con successivo terminale a semicirconferenza con raggio di cm 0,1 (Fig. 3w). Tutto il passante presenta uno spessore omogeneo di cm 0,2 (Fig. 3x). Il risultato della luce creata tra le due sporgenze (Fig. 3j) risulta lievemente inferiore ai cm 0,3 (Fig. 1c) per garantire un semplice e funzionale innesto del sistema di ancoraggio. Tutta la struttura esterna ed interna del passante negli spigoli presenta una smussatura con raggio pari a cm 0,5 (Fig. 3k). La scelta del materiale viene fatta solo in base ad un fattore estetico ed economico, ma non ha nessuna rilevanza per quanto riguarda l'efficacia, la manovrabilità e la garanzia del dispositivo realizzato. La fascetta rimovibile per infradito viene realizzata da un unico stampo. Lo stampo conferisce alla fascetta una forma di base rettangolare con caratteristiche all’estremità che si basano sulla geometria delia circonferenza, smussato ai lati, con i corrispettivi perni e fori d’accoppiamento per il fissaggio. L’operazione finale per l'installazione della fascetta rimovibile per infradito, sarà quella di fissare ad una estremità della stringa a forma di Υ” del’infradito la fascetta sfruttando il sistema di anello a strozzo, che garantirà la perfetta stabilità della stessa. L’altra estremità invece verrà assicurata attraverso il sistema a perni e fori d’accoppiamento, che garantiranno la possibilità di regolare il fissaggio nel modo più confortevole ed efficace. Per l’aggancio dei perni ai fori d’accoppiamento basterà una semplice pressione delle dita. Claims
