  • A pair of arm closures 122 is provided. Each of the arm closures 122 is attached to an associated one of the arm attachment members 40 and is actuated to a closed state closing the associated arm opening 46 or to an opened state allowing access to the interior of the associated arm attachment member 40. Each of the arm closures 122 may comprise a zipper that is coextensive with the arm openings 46. A pair of rods 124 is provided. Each of the rods 124 is positionable in an associated one of the arm openings 46. Although only one of the rods 124 is shown in the Figures, it should be understood that both arm attachment members 40 have a rod 124 being positionable therein. The rods 124 are configured to resemble a bone of the animal. A pair of arm couplers 126 is provided. Each of the arm couplers 126 is attached to an associated one of the arm attachment members 40. Each of the arm couplers 126 may be a hook and loop coupler positioned proximate and aligned with the associated arm closure 122.
  • A plurality of stitch markings 128 is provided. The stitch markings 128 are attached to the head 12, the nose and mouth attachment member 54, the arm attachment members 40 and the main body 24. The stitch markings 128 may be constructed from felt or like material. Decorative indicia 130 is positioned on the arm attachment members 40, the main body 24 and at least one of the legs 36. The decorative indicia 130 on each of the arm attachment members 40 is configured to resemble a paw 132.
  • In use, as stated above and shown in the Figures, the head 12 is attached to the main body 12 as described above. A user can couple the attachment members 38 to the head 12 and the main body 24 as desired using the fasteners 70. Each of the attachment members 38 may correspond to a different animal. For instance, the ear attachment members 62 may resemble ears of a panda, while the eye attachment members 48 may resemble eyes of an owl. In this manner, the assembly 10 allows a user to mix and match the different attachment members 38 to create a mixture of different animal types. The arm closures 122 can be actuated to an opened state to provide a user with access to the rods 124, while the head closure 30 can be actuated to an opened state to provide access to the toy brain 34.
  • With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
  • Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
