CLAIMS 1. A belt buckle comprising: a frame; a barb hinged on a first side of said frame, characterized by the fact that said barb can be shortened.

2. Buckle according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that said barb is made in two pieces, one sliding in the other.

3. Buckle according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that said tongue comprises a spring placed between said two pieces.

4. Buckle according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that said tongue comprises a first piece formed by a hollow cylinder having at its base fastening means to said buckle.

5. Buckle according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that said tongue comprises a second piece formed by a pin terminating at its base with a ring having a diameter greater than the diameter of said pin.

6. Buckle according to claims 4 and 5 characterized in that said first piece is partially inside said second piece.

7. Buckle according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that said second piece comprises contrast means to prevent said first piece from coming out of said second piece.

8. Belt comprising a buckle according to claim 1.

9. Belt according to the previous claim characterized in that said belt has a first finish of a first type on one side and a second finish of a second type on the other side.
