Abstract

Apparecchio per cucinare cibi disposto su una tavola, in cui nel piano della tavola è praticata un'apertura centrale con una battuta perimetrale che coopera per l'appoggio di un telaio dotato di un canale di ricezione dei liquidi grassi che scorrono da una piastra riscaldante che poggia sul canale e sulla quale sono disposti i cibi di cucinare. Dalla faccia inferiore del piano sporge una struttura di sopporto di una bombola di gas con un bruciatore affacciato alla parte centrale della piastra riscaldante. Sul telaio poggiano una serie di sporgenze d'estremità presentate da un ricettacolo di riscaldamento a brace sul quale è disposta una griglia con manico.
