Description

Descrizione dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo: VALVOLA AUTOBLOCCANTE A SFERA A COMANDO ELETTROMAGNETICO Description of the industrial invention entitled: SELF-LOCKING BALL VALVE WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTROL

DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to an electromagnetically controlled self-locking ball valve. The world of motorists, which concerns most of us, is plagued by an ever-present problem, the theft of the vehicle, although a lot has been done and with various types of alarms, however it has never been possible to find a satisfactory remedy. . Hence the need to conceive an anti-theft device, useful not only for cars, but also for all self-propelled vehicles in general: trucks, vans, containers and everything else contained in them. Thinking we can solve the scourge of theft once and for all, the technique offers us a good chance. Using the hydraulic system of the brakes, of the case in use on the vehicles with which all self-propelled vehicles are equipped. System known to all for the strength it produces, if you consider what it can block. This force produced to brake the vehicle that contains it, which is presented in the form of oil, must not be dispersed. The valve in question precisely wants to exploit this force when it keeps the brakes pressed to block the vehicle by acting as an anti-theft device. The hydraulic system for brakes consisting of: pump, duct and cylinders is a closed circuit containing a specific oil, which, when pressed by the pump through the duct, transmits pressure to the cylinders which, expanding, activate the brakes. The valve operates in a closed reservoir, prepared in an antimagnetic body and is inserted into the sectioned duct, with a ball in front of the section that blocks the backflow of oil and which in turn compresses the brakes under pressure. The main purpose for which the valve was designed materializes. The blocked vehicle can be recovered immediately with an electromagnet that sucks the sphere into the niche.

The invention will now be explained with reference to the attached drawing showing an exemplary embodiment of the self-locking valve.

Fig. 1 shows the profile of a pump with the origin of the duct on which the valve will be inserted. The figs. 2 and 3 show the real body (similar to a matchbox) in antimagnetic metal, in longitudinal section and in plan. Drawing “A” indicates the body of the self-locking valve. Said body comprises: a niche (1) obtained in the upper part of the duct (2) a steel ball (3) which will house in the niche (1) arranged perpendicularly to the section (4) of the duct (2) a safety pin ( 5) to ensure that the ball (3) does not descend into the duct except when it has to intervene to close the duct (2) to block the backflow of oil, to maintain the braking effect. A cross section "A / A" showing the positions of the ball in the two fundamental phases of the valve, in the same way, "a" the ball sucked by the activated electromagnet (6), secured by the pin (5) managed by the electromagnet ( 7) determines the normal phase of the use of the vehicle which always keeps the prerogatives intact.

The even, "b" highlights the sphere (3) which, descended by inertia into the duct, closes it, placing itself in front of the section causing the immobilization of the vehicle. Since the oil under pressure compresses the ball (larger than the section gauge by one millimeter) against the sealed section (4), the block remains until the Γ electromagnet (6) intervenes to suck the ball and let the oil flow back to the pump by loosening the grip on the brakes.
