Claims

CLAIMS 1. Basket (1) for dishwashing machine of the type suitable for containing dishes subject to a washing action by said dishwashing machine characterized by the fact that comprises a rack (2) provided at least with supports (25,26,35,36,45,46,55,56,65,66,75,76,85,86) for dishes that can be positioned, so as to allow the mutual distance.

2. Basket (1) according to claim 1, in which said supports (25,26,35,36,45,46,55,56,65,66,75,76,85,86) can be approached and removed from each other .

Basket (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said supports (25,26,35,36,45,46,55,56,65,66,75,76,85,86) are displaceable on a plane parallel to a bottom portion (8) of said basket (1).

4. Basket (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3, in which said supports are arranged in pairs (25,26; 35,36; 45,46; 55,56; 65,66; 75,76; 85, 86) each pair being displaceable with respect to at least one adjacent pair (25.26; 35.36; 45.46; 55.56; 65.66; 75.76; 85.86).

Basket (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein said supports extend vertically.

Basket (1) according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein said rack (2) is fixed to a bottom portion (8) or to a front portion (5), or to a rear portion (6), or to at least a lateral portion (7) of said basket (1).

Basket (1) according to one or more of the preceding claims, in which said rack (2) is extendable and reclosable on itself.

Basket (1) according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein said rack (2) comprises a pantograph frame on which said positionable supports (25,26,35,36,45,46,55,56, 65,66,75,76,85,86) and in which said pantograph frame preferably comprises pairs of articulated levers (21,22; 31,32; 41,42; 51,52; 61,62; 71,72) each other respectively in points of articulation (20,30,40,50,60,70), each lever 21,22,31,32,41,42,51,52,61,62,71,72) being articulated to at least one of its terminal ends with another lever, and said supports (25,26,35,36,45,46,55,56,65,66,75,76,85,86) being fixed to said frame pantograph at the points of articulation on said terminal ends of said levers.

Basket (1) according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein said rack (2) comprises telescopic rods, on which said supports (25,26,35,36,45,46,55,56,65, 66,75,76,85,86), or fixed guides, on which said supports slide (25,26,35,36,45,46,55,56,65,66,75,76,85,86).

10. Dishwashing machine comprising a tank in which at least one basket (1) is housed for containing dishes subject to a washing action by the dishwashing machine, characterized by the fact that said basket (1) is made according to one or more of claims 1 to 8.

11. Accessory for dishwashing machines characterized in that it is a rack (2) suitable for providing at least one support for dishes on a basket (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
