La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un dispositivo antifurto per articoli dotati di almeno un elemento a stanghetta, in particolare per occhiali. The present invention refers to an anti-theft device for articles equipped with at least one temple element, in particular for eyeglasses.

Dispositivi di questo tipo sono noti nella tecnica e sono tali da impedire il furto di occhiali o altri oggetti dotati di stanghette di forma allungata, dato che sono collegati ad essi in modo inamovibile (se non da parte di personale autorizzato) e contengono al loro interno elementi antifurto (del tipo elettromagnetico, magnetoacustico e simili) atti ad innescare corrispondenti circuiti di allarme se passano attraverso la zona di influenza di questi ultimi. Facendo riferimento alle Figure da 1 a 5, è illustrata una prima forma di realizzazione del dispositivo antifurto 1 per articoli 3 dotati di almeno un elemento a stanghetta 5, in particolare per occhiali, della presente invenzione: in questa prima forma di realizzazione, il dispositivo antifurto 1 è configurato in modo da alloggiare al suo interno etichette elettromagnetiche, magnetoacustiche o simili (non illustrate, perché note), cioè elementi antifurto atti ad innescare corrispondenti circuiti di allarme nel caso in cui l'articolo 3 venga portato nel campo di azione di questi ultimi, senza essere stato preventivamente staccato dall'articolo 3 tramite opportuni mezzi distaccatori (non illustrati) disponibili al personale autorizzato di vendita del luogo in cui tali articoli 3 sono esposti e commercializzati.
