DESCRIZIONE DI INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE DESCRIPTION OF INDUSTRIAL INVENTION
La presente invenzione industriale riguarda un particolare gioiello per uomo, composto da una serie di elementi meccanici che consentono di utilizzare questo oggetto di lavorazione orafa come accessorio per la cravatta. Consiste in un dispositivo perfezionato per indossare la cravatta, studiato e progettato per facilitare le operazioni per indossare la cravatta. Questo gioiello funzionale, complesso nei suoi componenti, consente di circoscrivere il nodo della cravatta, che si mostrerà esaltato nel suo insieme; sostanzialmente lunione tra la cravatta, con il gioiello funzionale, forma una unità d’insieme, con la cravatta che si mostra strutturata e in perfetta forma con il gioiello. È un oggetto per l’uomo che desidera un simbolo di differenziazione. Altra sua funzione, consiste nel far sentire elegante la persona che lo indossa. Esistono molti tipi di nodi per la cravatta, sintomo ed espressione di varie connotazioni culturali; talune persone tengono particolarmente a che la cravatta si mostri perfettamente annodata e che la stoffa resti così come sistemata per tutto l’arco della giornata. Purtroppo indossare questo accessorio d’abbigliamento (la cravatta) non à ̈ una operazione agevole per tutti gli uomini, alcuni mostrano difficoltà rilevanti e per l’effetto i risultati sono insoddisfacenti. Questo gioiello à ̈ composto da una serie di elementi che, proprio per mezzo delle loro azioni sinergiche, consentono di ausiliare colui che si appresta ad indossare la cravatta, contribuendo a facilitare le operazioni ed al contempo assicurando un risultato duraturo e permanente. Con un semplice gesto, la cravatta à ̈ subito in perfetta forma e per tutto l’arco della giornata; per l’ulteriore effetto, si formeranno piacevoli pieghettature nel punto in cui la cravatta si stringe, all’intemo di un’apposita sede dotata di alette laterali. Nelle tabelle illustrative allegate il suo utilizzo à ̈ di facile comprensione. Può essere prodotto secondo gli standard dell’ industria e ciò che rileva à ̈ la sua particolare funzionalità , mentre per quel che attiene la forma sono state presentate differenti istanze di brevetto per modello, posto che ha anche una valenza estetica e di design. Giova precisare che a nome del richiedente e sottoscrittore à ̈ stata depositata, in data 21.05.2008 presso la Camera di Commercio di L’Aquila una istanza di brevetto per invenzione industriale rubricata a nr. AQ2008A000007 ( con contestuale riserva di brevetto per modello di utilità a n. AQ2008U000006 che alla data odierna ancora non risulta vagliata dal competente Ministero per lo Sviluppo Economico - Ufficio Italiano Brevetti e Marchi) cui la presente costituisce un importante sviluppo e con caratteristiche di originalità ulteriormente studiate. Detta precisazione non viene formulata ai fini della priorità , sul punto la presenta istanza à ̈ autonoma e costituisce una novità nel campo della gioielleria - ma laddove nella presente relazione viene utilizzato il termine “perfezionato o perfezionamento†ciò à ̈ riferito agli ulteriori studi, sviluppi e progetti che sono stati operati sino al risultato finale che impianta l odierno oggetto d’invenzione, sulla base del dispositivo originario. The present industrial invention relates to a particular jewel for men, consisting of a series of mechanical elements that allow this goldsmith's object to be used as an accessory for the tie. It consists of an improved device for wearing the tie, studied and designed to facilitate the operations for wearing the tie. This functional jewel, complex in its components, allows you to circumscribe the knot of the tie, which will show itself enhanced as a whole; basically the union between the tie, with the functional jewel, forms a whole, with the tie showing itself structured and in perfect shape with the jewel. It is an object for the man who desires a symbol of differentiation. Another function is to make the person wearing it feel elegant. There are many types of knots for the tie, symptom and expression of various cultural connotations; some people are particularly keen to ensure that the tie is perfectly knotted and that the fabric remains as it is throughout the day. Unfortunately, wearing this clothing accessory (the tie) is not an easy operation for all men, some show significant difficulties and the results are unsatisfactory. This jewel is made up of a series of elements which, precisely through their synergistic actions, allow the person who is about to wear the tie to be helped, helping to facilitate operations and at the same time ensuring a lasting and permanent result. With a simple gesture, the tie is immediately in perfect shape and throughout the day; for the further effect, pleasant pleats will form at the point where the tie tightens, inside a special seat with side flaps. In the attached illustrative tables its use is easy to understand. It can be produced according to industry standards and what is important is its particular functionality, while as regards the shape, different patent applications have been filed for each model, given that it also has an aesthetic and design value. It should be noted that a patent application for industrial invention was filed in the name of the applicant and subscriber on 21.05.2008 at the Lâ € ™ Aquila Chamber of Commerce. AQ2008A000007 (with simultaneous patent reservation for utility model no.AQ2008U000006 which as of today has not yet been examined by the competent Ministry for Economic Development - Italian Patent and Trademark Office) which this constitutes an important development and with further originality characteristics studied. This clarification is not formulated for the purposes of priority, on this point the present application is autonomous and constitutes a novelty in the field of jewelry - but where in this report the term `` perfected or perfected '' is used, this refers to further studies, developments and projects that have been operated up to the final result that implants today's object of invention, on the basis of the original device.

Le dimensioni sono state riviste e perfezionate per un miglior risultato funzionale : lunghezza cm. 3 - larghezza cm. 2,2 - H cm. 0,4 — largh. cm 2,2 circa. (DISEGNO. 1) -Questo gioiello funzionale viene realizzato integralmente in metalli preziosi (oro, argento, platino, titanio, acciaio e loro leghe, carbonio e pietre). Può essere utilizzato con tutti i tipi di cravatte presenti sul mercato (3,5 e 7 pieghe), risulta utile e di ausilio per indossare cravatte realizzate in qualsiasi tipo di tessuto o lana. Le caratteristiche strutturali e gli elementi meccanici rendono peculiare questo gioiello funzionale oggetto d’invenzione, e nel complesso, sono tali da convertirlo in una originale realizzazione con numerosi vantaggi e ausili rispetto ai sistemi/mezzi/modelli o dispositivi di applicazione e decorazione che allo stesso fine sono stati finora utilizzati. Le anzidette peculiarità , i vantaggi e le funzioni, che risulteranno nella descrizione a seguire, si ottengono mediante il modello come da progetto d’invenzione, di semplice realizzazione industriale. Nelle forme à ̈ realizzabile secondo le linee del design, innovativo o classico, che contraddistingue comunque gli standard della gioielleria, mutando tra forme, colori e abbinamenti tra materiali, caratteristici dell industrial design. Il punto essenziale del brevetto può essere così definito: “GIOIELLO FUNZIONALE PER LA CRAVATTA. INTEGRAZIONE DI LUSSO PER L’ABBIGLIAMENTO, CHE PER LE SUE CARATTERISTICHE STRUTTURALI E FUNZIONALI (proprio per la sua forma (disegno 1 e 2 di pag. 6) e per mezzo dei suoi componenti: fermo a molla (disegno 2 punto A di pag. 6), aletta di comando (disegno 3 punto B di pag. 7) sistema di apertura frontale con scatto di chiusura (disegno 4 punto C di pag. 7) AGEVOLA LE OPERAZIONI PER INDOSSARE LA CRAVATTA per mezzo delle alette di alloggiamento (disegno 4 punto D di pag. 7). Un altra particolare funzione che lo contraddistingue, à ̈ quella di far sentire elegante la persona che lo indossa†.- Il gioiello funzionale per cravatta à ̈ di forma ellittica (disegno 1 di pag. 6), ed à ̈ dotato di un montante trasversale (disegno 2 punto E di pag. 6) nella parte centrale che sostanzialmente lo divide - nella sua lunghezza - in due parti - parte anteriore (disegno 2 punto F di pag. 6) e parte posteriore (disegno 2 punto G di pag. 6). Nella parte posteriore, à ̈ presente un particolare meccanismo meccanico a molla perfezionato (disegno 3 punto B di pag. 7), con alloggiamento di fine corsa (disegno 3 punto H di pag. 7) ed inoltre detto fermo à ̈ comprensivo di aletta di comando per lo sgancio (disegno 3 punto B di pag. 7). Le particolari funzioni di questi elementi, che rivestono un’importanza centrale dell’ invenzione, sono meglio rappresentate e descritte nelle pagine nn. 8 e 9 (disegno 5 di pag. 8 e disegno 6 e 7 di pag. 9). La metà anteriore, à ̈ contraddistinta da due alette laterali di alloggiamento del tessuto della cravatta (disegno 4 punto D di pag. 7), à ̈ dotata di cerniera (disegno 4 punto C di pag. 7) che consente la sua apertura (disegno 3 e 4 di pag. 7) e la parte apribile del gioiello à ̈ provvista di un fermo meccanico (disegno 4 punto C di pag. 7) che permette una stabile chiusura nell’ alloggiamento dedicato (disegno 4 punto C di pag. 7). Il gioiello viene anche realizzato con una placca collocata nella parte anteriore del dispositivo, (disegno 12 punto M e disegno 15 punto N di pagina 12) efficace per la personalizzazione del gioiello. Tale sede à ̈ utile, proprio per essere lavorata con le tecniche del settore orafo. Funziona anche quale collocazione per un logo, un simbolo, per cifre o numeri. . The structural characteristics and mechanical elements make this functional jewel object of invention peculiar, and on the whole, they are such as to convert it into an original realization with numerous advantages and aids compared to systems / means / models or devices of application and decoration that same purpose have so far been used. The aforementioned peculiarities, advantages and functions, which will result in the following description, are obtained by means of the model as per the invention project, of simple industrial construction. The shapes can be made according to the lines of the design, innovative or classic, which still distinguishes the standards of jewelry, changing between shapes, colors and combinations of materials, characteristic of industrial design. The essential point of the patent can be defined as follows: â € œ FUNCTIONAL JEWEL FOR TIE. LUXURY INTEGRATION FOR CLOTHING, AND FOR ITS STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS (due to its shape (drawing 1 and 2 on page 6) and by means of its components: spring catch (drawing 2 point A on page . 6), control flap (drawing 3 point B on page 7) front opening system with snap closure (drawing 4 point C on page 7) FACILITATES THE OPERATIONS FOR WEARING THE TIE by means of the housing flaps (drawing 4 point D on page 7). Another particular function that distinguishes it is to make the person wearing it feel elegantâ € .- The functional tie jewel is elliptical in shape (drawing 1 on page 6) , and is equipped with a transversal upright (drawing 2 point E on page 6) in the central part which substantially divides it - in its length - into two parts - the front part (drawing 2 point F on page 6) and the rear part (drawing 2 point G on page 6) In the rear part there is a particular meccani improved mechanical spring mechanism (drawing 3 point B on page 7), with limit switch housing (drawing 3 point H on page 7) and furthermore said stop is inclusive of control flap for release (drawing 3 point B on page 7). The particular functions of these elements, which are of central importance for the invention, are better represented and described in pages nos. 8 and 9 (drawing 5 on page 8 and drawing 6 and 7 on page 9). The front half, is characterized by two lateral wings for housing the fabric of the tie (drawing 4 point D on page 7), is equipped with a zipper (drawing 4 point C on page 7) which allows its opening (drawing 3 and 4 on page 7) and the opening part of the jewel is provided with a mechanical stop (drawing 4 point C on page 7) which allows a stable closure in the dedicated housing (drawing 4 point C on page 7) ). The jewel is also made with a plate placed in the front part of the device, (drawing 12 point M and drawing 15 point N on page 12) effective for the personalization of the jewel. This seat is useful, precisely to be worked with the techniques of the goldsmith sector. It also works as a location for a logo, symbol, digits or numbers. .
Per quel che attiene al suo funzionamento: (disegno 5 di pag. 8) - Inserire il lembo piccolo della cravatta nella parte posteriore del gioiello, dove à ̈ collocato il meccanismo a molla - e far scorrere il dispositivo verso l’alto. La conformazione del particolare meccanismo -appositamente progettato - consente di far scorrere verso l’alto il dispositivo, ma al contempo, non permette la sua discesa verso il basso, se non dopo aver sboccato il caratteristico fermo a molla (disegno 5 di pag. 8). Di tal che il gioiello resterà perfettamente posizionato laddove l’ utilizzatore decide di fermare il meccanismo; il gioiello proprio per questa funzionalità , à ̈ unico nel suo genere, originale e di particolare utilità per le motivazioni che si avranno a specificare nelle figure a seguire, (disegno 6 e 7 di pag. 9) -avvolgere la cravatta, per quante volte si vuole, fino alla grandezza al volume desiderato del nodo. Alzare il gioiello sino a portarlo a ridosso del volume. In questa fase si comprende la particolare funzionalità del meccanismo a molla, infatti il gioiello può essere posizionato sotto al realizzando nodo, in un dato punto preciso, senza subire bruschi spostamenti ed eventuali discese verso il basso, questo consente di effettuare tutte le operazioni con estrema semplicità e senza incertezza alcuna (disegno 6 e 7 di pag. 9). Si presenta autentico e unico nel suo genere proprio per queste speciali funzioni, progettate e studiate appositamente per ausiliare l utilizzatore, il che consente - per la prima volta - di indossare la cravatta in maniera originale ed esclusiva (disegno 6 e 7 di pag. 9). -Dall’immagine di riferimento, si evince come risulta essenziale l’apertura della parte anteriore, laddove deve essere inserita la parte larga della cravatta, proprio quella che determina e conferisce ausilio alla formazione del nodo. Infatti, avvolta la cravatta e raggiunta la grandezza ottimale del nodo, avendo arrestato il gioiello funzionale nel punto desiderato - per opera del fermo a molla - la parte aperta consente di inserire il lembo di stoffa anteriore. Dalle immagini di riferimento (disegno 6 e 7 di pag. 9) si noti l’azione e la particolare funzione del fermo a molla, che permette al gioiello di restare fermo nel punto di arresto, così da consentire all’indossatore di svolgere le varie operazioni in tutta semplicità . Le operazioni sono altresì agevolate anche dalla presenza di due alette laterali, all’uopo progettate e precisamente ubicate, che consentono - ancor più - di effettuare le operazioni di allestimento in modo semplificato (disegno 8 di pag. 10). In effetti queste alette costituiscono la sede per l’alloggiamento della stoffa, e permettono di alloggiare la cravatta e indi posizionarla nel modo migliore, per poi concludere le operazioni con la chiusura del gioiello con estrema facilità . Si noti altresì, nell’immagine dedicata, come l’azione sinergica degli elementi meccanici - il fermo a molla per la staticità del gioiello e le alette laterali per definire l’alloggiamento nonché Γ apertura della parte anteriore dello stesso -permettono alla cravatta di restare collocata senza ulteriore intervento dell’ utilizzatore, a dimostrazione del fatto che le funzionalità dell’ invenzione permettono di effettuare ogni singola operazione con vari ausili e con estrema semplicità , in modo unico e originale (disegno 8 di pag. 10). Inserita la parte anteriore della cravatta nell’alloggiamento anteriore si può richiudere il gioiello, che resta perfettamente bloccato anche per rulteriore sistema del fermo meccanico a scatto di chiusura (disegno 9 di pag. 10). La cravatta resterà in perfetta forma fino a quando non sarà l’indossatore a rimuovere il gioiello. Le operazioni di rimozione si effettuano a ritroso (nel procedimento opposto rispetto a quello finora delineato), con l’apertura del gioiello e l’allontanamento della stoffa dal dispositivo. Per sfilare il gioiello verso il basso - dalla parte stretta della stoffa - occorre sbloccare il fermo a mola (che caratterizza la parte posteriore dell’oggetto di invenzione) per mezzo della aletta di sgancio. Solo dopo aver sbloccato il fermo, il gioiello potrà essere tolto. -Nel disegno 10 e 11 di pag. 11 si mostra il gioiello indossato, particolarmente si osserva come riesce a formare piacevoli pieghettature della stoffa proprio nella parte dove viene definito il nodo. In this phase the particular functionality of the spring mechanism is understood, in fact the jewel can be positioned under the knot, in a given precise point, without undergoing sudden movements and possible descents downwards, this allows to carry out all the operations with extreme simplicity and without any uncertainty (drawing 6 and 7 on page 9). It is authentic and unique in its kind for these special functions, designed and studied specifically to help the user, which allows - for the first time - to wear the tie in an original and exclusive way (drawing 6 and 7 on page 9 ). -From the reference image, it is clear how essential the opening of the front part is, where the wide part of the tie must be inserted, precisely the one that determines and gives aid to the formation of the knot. In fact, when the tie is wrapped and the optimal size of the knot has been reached, having stopped the functional jewel in the desired point - by means of the spring stop - the open part allows you to insert the front fabric flap. From the reference images (drawing 6 and 7 on page 9) you can see the action and the particular function of the spring stop, which allows the jewel to remain stationary at the stop point, so as to allow the wearer to carry out the various operations in all simplicity. The operations are also facilitated by the presence of two side flaps, designed for this purpose and precisely located, which allow - even more - to carry out the set-up operations in a simplified way (drawing 8 on page 10). In fact, these fins form the seat for the fabric, and allow you to house the tie and then position it in the best way, to then conclude the operations with the closure of the jewel with extreme ease. Also note, in the dedicated image, how the synergistic action of the mechanical elements - the spring stop for the stillness of the jewel and the side flaps to define the housing as well as the "opening of the front part of the same - they allow the tie to remain in place without further intervention by the user, demonstrating that the functionality of the invention allows each single operation to be carried out with various aids and with extreme simplicity, in a unique and original way (drawing 8 on page . 10). Once the front part of the tie has been inserted into the front housing, the jewel can be closed again, which remains perfectly locked even due to the subsequent mechanical snap closure system (drawing 9 on page 10). The tie will remain in perfect shape until the wearer removes the jewel. The removal operations are carried out backwards (in the opposite procedure to the one outlined so far), with the opening of the jewel and the removal of the fabric from the device. To remove the jewel downwards - from the narrow part of the fabric - it is necessary to unlock the grinding wheel stop (which characterizes the rear part of the object of invention) by means of the release flap. Only after unlocking the lock can the jewel be removed. -In drawing 10 and 11 on pag. 11 shows the jewel worn, particularly it is observed how it manages to form pleasant pleats of the fabric right in the part where the knot is defined.
