Abstract

CLAIMS 1. Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said support and locking group (11) comprises a tray support surface (16) which has two opposing coaxial pins defining said horizontal axis (19) of oscillation, as well as two opposing jaws for gripping the tray which are reciprocally movable in approaching and moving away.

Machine according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said support surface (16) is equipped with an opening to which a member (21) is associated which is able to slide vertically between an inactive position in which it is spaced from said bottom, and an active position in which it is in contact with said bottom where it causes the fleshy mass (100) to come out of the basin (3).

Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said vertically movable head (13) comprises a body (35) which is able to rest against the bar (5) of the lid (4), and which is provided with a clamp (41) for the transversal engagement of said bar (5), and of two mutually movable members (40) moving towards and away from each other, which are adapted to cause the opening of said toothed rods (8).
