del Brevetto Italiano per Invenzione Industriale dal titolo: “PROCEDIMENTO PER LA CREMAZIONE O INUMAZIONE O TUMULAZIONE DI SALME E GRUPPO-BARA PER IMPIEGO IN TALE PROCEDIMENTO” of the Italian Patent for Industrial Invention entitled: "PROCEDURE FOR CREAMING OR BURIAL OR BURIAL OF CORPSES AND GROUP-Coffin FOR USE IN THIS PROCEDURE"

La presente invenzione ha come oggetto un procedimento per la cremazione o per l’inumazione o la tumulazione di salme ed una bara riutilizzabile atta ad essere impiegata in detto procedimento. Nei riti funerari con partecipazione di persone, l’aspetto esteriore della bara che contiene la salma assume una importanza sociale relativamente elevata; per tali motivi si tende ad utilizzare una bara dall’aspetto il più pregiato possibile. Tuttavia la bara perde completamente tale funzione sociale quando, al termine dei vari riti e cerimonie, la salma viene inumata, cremata o tumulata. L’invenzione ha come oggetto anche un gruppo-bara per l’impiego con il procedimento di cui sopra, che comprende una bara esterna in materiale più pregiato utilizzabile più volte, per impiego in una cerimonia funebre e un contenitore a perdere atto a contenere una salma, posto all’interno della bara esterna, detto contenitore essendo realizzato in materiale deperibile quale cartone o simile ed essendo atto ad essere estratto dalla suddetta bara esterna per le operazioni di cremazione, ed ove la bara esterna presenta uno sportello atto ad aprire la bara esterna in corrispondenza di una sua parete laterale (di fianco o di estremità) oppure su una parete, orizzontale, di base inferiore (fondo), per consentire l’estrazione di detto contenitore a perdere. In figura 1 è visibile, una bara esterna riutilizzabile 11, preferibilmente in legno o altro materiale pregiato, all’interno della quale è possibile inserire un contenitore a perdere 12 contenente una salma, detto contenitore 12 essendo realizzato in materiali deperibile quale cartone o simile o altro materiale. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Procedure for cremation or inhumation or entombment of bodies comprising: - a phase of inserting a body into a disposable box which in turn is inserted inside an external coffin made of more valuable material for use in a funeral ceremony, - a phase of extraction of the disposable box from the aforementioned external coffin made of precious material; - a final phase of cremation or burial or burial of the body, where the body remains inside the aforementioned disposable box, - and a phase of reusing the external coffin made of precious material in another funeral ceremony.

2. Process for the cremation of bodies as in claim 1, in which the step of extracting the disposable box from the aforementioned external coffin made of precious material takes place through the opening of a door placed on a side wall or on a lower base wall of the aforementioned outer coffin.

3. Process for the cremation of corpses as per claim 1, in which the step of extracting the disposable box from the aforementioned external coffin made of precious material takes place in the longitudinal direction thanks to the opening of a door located on the lateral end wall of the aforementioned coffin external.

8. Coffin group as in claim 4, in which anti-friction pads are provided on the bottom (21) of the coffin itself (11).

9. Coffin unit as in claim 4, in which longitudinal strips are glued to the internal lateral walls (13) of the external coffin (11) to allow or facilitate the sliding of the disposable container.
