Il presente trovato riguarda un dispositivo di chiusura perfezionato per scarponi da sci. The present invention relates to an improved closure device for ski boots.

Come e‘ noto, i lembi della tomaia negli scarponi da sci vengono chiusi mediante ganci che si impegnano in rispettive rastrelliere dentate e che vengono messi in tensione da apposite leve. Generalmente, le leve e le rastrelliere sono rigidamente vincolate all'uno e all’altro lembo di tomaia, rispettivamente. Questa costruzione, pur essendo funzionale ed universalmente adottata, presenta l'inconveniente di non potersi facilmente adattare alle diverse dimensioni dei piedi degli sciatori. Sostanzialmente, il dispositivo secondo il trovato comprende una rastrelliera fissata alla tomaia mediante mezzi di regolazione a perno ed asola, che consentono uno spostamento longitudinale della rastrelliera in modo da adattare la lunghezza dell'aggancio alla misura del piede dello sciatore, tale dispositivo essendo caratterizzato dal fatto che la rastrelliera e' montata al di sopra della tomaia dello scarpone ed e' provvista di un perno passante in un'asola allungata della tomaia e fissato ad una lamina metallica flessibile impegnata al di sotto della tomaia, detta lamina essendo provvista di un elemento di comando sopra la tomaia per il disimpegno della stessa. Con riferimento alla figura 1, il trovato viene mostrato applicato ad un lembo di tomaia 10 di uno scarpone da sci (non mostrato), suddiviso in due porzioni parallele fra loro 11. Ciascuna delle porzioni 11 è provvista superiormente di una rastrelliera 12 che, come si vedrà' in seguito, può' essere fatta scorrere longitudinalmente rispetto alla porzione di tomaia 11 azionando un apposito pulsante 13. Closing device for ski boots comprising a rack fixed to the upper by means of pin and slot adjustment means, which allow a longitudinal movement of the rack so as to adapt the length of the coupling to the size of the skier's foot, a device characterized by the fact that the rack (12) is mounted above the upper (10) of the boot and is provided with a pin (14) passing through an elongated slot (15) of the upper and fixed to a flexible sheet (16) slidably engaged under the upper, said lamina (16) being provided with a snap control element (13,19) adapted to disengage the lamina.

2. Closing device for ski boots according to claim 1, characterized in that said flexible sheet (16) is provided with an eyelet (17) able to engage with a projection (18) obtained on the lower surface of the upper ( 10).

3. Closing device for ski boots according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said flexible sheet (16) is provided with a lateral extension (19) on which a button (13) is mounted to control the disengagement of the eyelet (17) of said lamina from the projection (18) of the upper.

4. Closing device for ski boots according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that on the lower surface of the upper (10) there is a projection (19) which constitutes an end stop for the end 'of the lamina (16).

5. Closing device for boots according to claims 1 or 3, characterized in that said flexible lamina (16) is provided with a bend (21), able to selectively engage and lock with a plurality of recesses (20) obtained on the lower surface of the upper (10).
