Claims

CLAIMS 1. Closing device (1) for a sports shoe comprising: a lever (7) articulated around a first axis (9) intended to operate said closing device, a tie rod (10) comprising a first end (12) and a second end (13), said first end (12) being rotatably mounted, around a second axis (11), on said lever (7); and a buckle (17) rotatably mounted about a third axis (16) on said second end (13) of the tie rod (10); said first axis (9), said second axis (11) and said third axis (16) being parallel; characterized in that said second end (13) comprises at least one projection (19) provided to disturb the rotation of the buckle (17) around the third axis (16) and which defines a first angular sector (21) for rotation of the buckle, defined normal position and a second angular sector (22) of rotation of the buckle, defined as the raised position and by the fact that the passage of the buckle (17) from the normal position to the raised position and vice versa requires that a force is exerted on the buckle (17) such that it can pass on the projection (19), that is to say a force more important than that sufficient for the rotation of the buckle (17) inside the first angular sector (21) of rotation.
