Facendo riferimento alle figure sopra citate dobbiamo far notare che il prodotto di scarta della lavorazione della birra ovvero la trebbia di birra, come descritto in premessa si presenta strutturaimente composto da una grassa percentuale di liquido, nel casa specifico acqua, rispett alla massa organica.
