La presente innovazione riguarda il settore calzaturiero ed in particolare si riferisce ad una calzatura tubolare, in particolare un mocassino o simile, caratterizzato da una maggiore confortevolezza rispetto alle calzature note dello stesso tipo. Come è noto, le calzature tubolari comprendono una suola ed un tomaio tubolare fissato ad essa mediante adesivo. Con riferimento alla suddetta figura, si è indicato genericamente con 1 un semilavorato utilizzato nel processo produttivo della calzatura tubolare secondo l'innovazione. Il semilavorato 1 è formato da uno strato 2 in pelle o similpelle o altro materiale idoneo a formare il tomaio della calzatura e da una fodera 3 fissata mediante adesivo su una sua faccia. I pezzi di tomaio e di fodera di partenza hanno forma uguale sostanzialmente rettangolare con un lato che riprende grosso modo la forma della parte anteriore della calzatura e con perimetro grossolanamente tracciato. Un inserto 4 in materiale morbido, di forma sostanzialmente uguale a quella della parte medio-anteriore di una calzatura viene fissato mediante adesivo alla fodera 2 facendo uso di un'apposita maschera, non mostrata, che consente il posizionamento esatto dell'inserto 3 medesimo. Dopodiché la fodera viene fissata mediante adesivo al tomaio 2 in modo che l'inserto 4 risulti interposto tra la fodera e il tomaio stesso. Tubular footwear, in particular moccasin, comprising a sole and an upper fixed to it and covered with a lining on one of its faces, said upper being composed of a bottom part, an upper part fixed to the free edge of a folded flap of said bottom part and extending perimeter from it, and by a pair of appendages extending axially from said bottom part and said flap adapted to be joined by stitching at their free ends to form the rear edge of the shoe, characterized by fact that between said bottom part of said upper and said lining an insert of soft material is provided.
