A tal scopo sono stati proposti svariati dispositivi atti a garantire la sicurezza dell'operatore durante tali interventi, al fine appunto di impedirne la caduta accidentale. Sebbene nelle configurazioni descritte dell'invenzione le aste collegano tra loro due lati diametralmente opposti (ad esempio il lato 101 con il lato 102) è comunque evidente come lo stesso concetto inventivo possa applicarsi realizzando aste che si agganciano a lati tra loro in successione (ad esempio il lato 101 con il lato 104 o 103). Although in the described configurations of the invention the rods connect two diametrically opposite sides to each other (for example the side 101 with the side 102) it is nevertheless evident that the same inventive concept can be applied by making rods which are coupled to sides in succession (for example side 101 with side 104 or 103).

Claims

CLAIMS 1. A fall arrest device to allow an operator to safely perform an intervention on a wall opening (100) and comprising a restraint element (1, 201) which can be connected for one end to one side of the opening (100) and for the end opposite to another side of the opening (100) is characterized in that said retaining element comprises at least one rod (1) and in which, further, the fall arrest device comprises: - A first hooking element (2) in the form of hinging (2) and through which the rod (1) can be rotatably connected at one end of it to a first side (101) of the opening (100); - A second hooking element (3) connectable to a second side (102) of the opening; - and in which the end (1 '') of the rod, opposite the hinging end (2), is configured in such a way as to be able to be fixed in a removable manner in said second coupling element (3) so that the rod is rotatable between a constraint position, in which it is coupled to said second coupling element (3) creating a barrier of the opening (100), and a rest position in which it is rotated substantially close to the first side (101 ) and viceversa.

A fall arrest device, according to claim 1, in which the rod (1) is telescopic.

3. A fall arrest device, according to claim 1 or 2, in which a third coupling element (4) is provided, which can be placed on the same hinging side as the rod (1) and configured in such a way as to lock the rod in adherence to said side when the rod is rotated into said rest position.

4. A fall arrest device, according to claim 3, in which the third attachment element (4) is in the form of an elastic opening vise such as to grip and lock the rod (1).

A fall arrest device, according to claim 3, in which the third coupling element (4) is magnetic in such a way as to magnetically lock a rod (1) of the metal type.

6. A fall arrest device, according to one or more preceding claims 1 to 5, in which the second coupling element (3) is in the form of a slot and the end of the rod (1 '') provides a pin suitable for insertion within said slot.

7. A fall arrest device, according to one or more preceding claims 1 to 5, in which the second coupling element (3) is in the form of an elastic clamp and the end of the rod (1 '') provides a pin suitable for lock within said vice.

A fall arrest device, according to one or more preceding claims, in which there is provided: - A second rod (201); - A further first coupling element (2 ') in the form of hinging through which the rod (201) can be rotatably connected at one end of it to the second side (102) of the opening (100) so as to be beyond below or above the first rod (1); - and in which, further, said second and third coupling elements (3, 4) are arranged at such distances that the third coupling element (4) for the first rod (1) acts as a coupling element for the end (201 '') of the rod in such a way as to keep it in the constrained position when the first rod (1) is in the constrained position with its end (1 '') within the second coupling element (3) and the second hooking element (3) acts as a retaining element for the rod (201) in the rest position adhering to the second wall (102) when the first rod (1) is in the rest position within the third fastening element (4 ).

9. A fall arrest device, according to one or more previous claims 1 to 8, in which two or more telescopic rods superimposed on each other within the wall opening (100) are provided.

An opening (100) for a window or door characterized in that it comprises a fall arrest device as one or more of the preceding claims.
